This hotel was amazing. We were Greeted Ms Brooke in the front desk. She processes our reservations, provided a map of the hotel area. Marking were to park , breakfast, fitness and made recommendations for us to dine.
Lobby was very clean and other staff were friendly.
Rooms: The room felt like a fresh breath air, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
Ms Brooke also up graded our room facing the ocean. It was extremely beautiful. Thank you. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect. Lots to do very close by, lots of restaurants close by.

Overall good experience, service at the pools may need improvement.
Nearby activities: Close to Ron Jon and Publix. the pier is nearby and not too far from other attractions.

Overall a good experience. Unfortunately we decided that Fourth of July weekend is when we would book a stay here, so the price was almost double what it typically is. The location is perfect, the hotel spreads over multiple streets, has two pools, a bar, beach access, parking, and Fish Camp Grill Restaurant right there. Only a couple streets over from the pier as well.
We did a junior suite ocean front, the room itself is clean but old school. The bathroom is insanely out dated and pretty rough, so if you book the stay with hopes of a nice bathroom/shower don’t book here. Sink faucet was loose, you could feel the tub move under you feet so it must be a bath fitter type tub, the door was peeling along the bottom, ceiling vent slightly hanging and not working and an extremely loud toilet. Just overall not a nice bathroom. I hate to say it but it almost feels like they have a cob job handyman and need to upgrade.
The balcony was great, LOCATION ??, the beds were comfortable and I liked the four half pillows over the two large pillows that most hotels do. The staff was very friendly and had answers for all the questions.
Although the bathrooms are rough, we would stay here again, they are not so bad it’s unbearable. I just wouldn’t do it at the higher price we had for this stay.

The room smelled musty but that was not the big problem the front desk person working there at night had an attitude. When I explained to him and showed proof that the bed sheets weren’t changed and were dirty, I asked to be moved to another room but said he couldn’t help since there was no maid to change the sheets and that I had to do it myself.

We has an amazing view from our room. We had a balcony that you could look out over the beach and ocean. The room was clean, and no major issues. The breakfast was good, most of the staff was nice! We will be looking deal so stay again (a little over priced without) but

Positive:
Free parking, beach ±3min walk away, plenty of towels in room, two sinks, good water pressure in the shower (adjustable shower head)
Negative:
As usual, plastic dishes at breakfast, shower curtain broken - after commenting, only a "thank you for information" came from reception, air conditioning blows directly onto the bed
Nearby activities: Kennedy Space Center (±30min by car), Beach (±3min walk)
