This place is like a Motel 6, old run down and way overpriced. I realize other hotels are more expensive but it would be worth the extra cost.

Stay here everytime I'm going on a cruise. Love the rooms, love the location. Check in is always easy hassle free. Breakfast is good better than most hotel breakfasts.

The rooms are a decent size, but a bit old. The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the sea with a view of Cape Canaveral. The breakfast is typical American without anything special.

Dated. Lots of small stuff needs updating (cracked tiles, doors that don’t easily shut, mismatched electrical plates, etc). For the price that we paid, we expected more. View was partially obstructed by vegetation but we did enjoy listening to the water. Would have appreciated a small table on the balcony.Check in and breakfast were in 2 different locations that required a 3-5 minute walk outside to get there. It’s probably fine normally but when it’s raining, it’s kind of a pain.

We took bus as far dowb as we could and took a 9 dollar uber to port.Try to stay in the building they serve breakfast from. Staff was nice. The lobby has popcorn and walking distance to Publix and dollar general. DONOT STAY at the cheaper building it stinks, it's questionable people hanging around. We had to complain of the smell to be moved to much better room. Breakfast There was ok because free hotelfood. other rooms need to be remodeled and shut down until then.Walkability: Walked to grocery store. Restaurants are close by and dollar general was about a 15 min walk. Didn't seem like a dangerous area.

3 stars for location, ocean views (not all rooms), balcony, friendly staff, and decent continental breakfast. Loss of 2 stars for outdated and falling apart property, broken equipment in gym with no sign/warning, musty and smelly rooms, fruit flies in room, clogged drain (they fixed immediately), and what feels like gross carpet/flooring. I share in the repeated comments on needing to wear shoes in the room and dropping extra towels on the tile to serve as rugs. My feet were also dirty after walking around barefoot in the room on day one.

Fantastic hotel right by the ocean. Kind, knowledgable staff and amazing bartender at attached blue flip flop bar/pool. Continental breakfast is so good many options. I would feel safe solo traveling here.Nearby activities: Public transportation is great, bus ride is 1.50.

Room was filthy. Very depressing to spend 300.00 fir a dirty room. Full of spiders. Junk behind TV on floor. Yuck. My suggestion...try to get a suite if you stay hereNearby activities: Bars were full and friendly people.

We stayed here for a quick winter getaway and loved every bit of it! We stayed in the oceanfront building where we found plenty of parking and the room was clean, smelled fresh, and had an outstanding view of the ocean as well as the pier and rocket launch site. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and it was SO convenient having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for popping some popcorn for a movie or a late night snack to wind down!We were literally steps to the sand, and the heated pool felt amazing after a chilly January dip in the ocean. The drinks at the Blue Flip Flop were also great and reasonably priced.Very kid-friendly all around, and located in a great area. We felt totally safe walking all around the huge Best Western campus and around nearby shops and restaurants. All of the staff were also great! I can't remember his name, but I think Nate was who helped us most often and he was a total delight. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, and there were plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee was also really good, both at breakfast and in the room. The staff were super accommodating when we had to check out early after our flight got cancelled and rebooked and did everything they could to save us a little money for having to lose a little vacay time.I'll absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Cocoa Beach! Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: Clean, smelled fresh, great view from the oceanfront building, comfy beds and soft carpetNearby activities: Shopping, mini golf, Ron Jon surf shop and school, etcSafety: Felt safe with my child the whole timeWalkability: Plenty of shopping and restaurants to walk toFood & drinks: Hot and tasty breakfast and coffee

Would I stay here again. Yes. Probably will. Beach access is good. Rooms are a bit dated, but not on a bad way. Could use a few more plugs. Staff was wonderful.Walkability: Easy walk to beach, Publix and restaurants.
