Pros: nice guy. Easy process.
Cons: Cart was completely unsafe. Two of the six seatbelts did not work. Tires were completely bald. It didn’t handle well (probably due to the tires). The guy had me pick up the cart from their service center. I had assumed that was due it recently being serviced, but when we returned the cart I reported the issues and the guy said “yes- that’s why it is at the service center”. So naturally I was wondering why he would even rent it to me knowing that it needed service. I told him I would rather he have not rented it to me as all given it was unsafe. He responded by saying sorry, but didn’t seem too concerned and then ended call.
On a side note: Port Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is not the best place for a golf cart. Fun in Destin since there are slower speeds and everyone is doing it. But the whole Cocoa Beach area is just not really set up for it. In our opinion we would not be doing this again in this area even if we had a better cart. It could be fun for a slingshot or something with a little more power.

Horrible experience. We had to switch golf cart once due to first be given a crappy golf cart, then we had to return to the pick up location at a later date to pick up a charger because there wasn't one initially. The second golf cart stopped working and left us stranded. Conveniently, the company did not answer their phone or texts until the day after we were stranded. For the inconveniences they stated they would refund us half of our money which we never received. Save yourself a headache, don't put a kink in your vacation plans by doing business with them!

We had an awesome time!! The rental process was seamless like literally within 15 minutes we were in our buggy and on our way. CUSTOMER SERVICE was so accommodating and understanding!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Owner was nice and on time for Golf Cart rental! The Golf cart was upkept and fully charged when we picked up and had a great experience.

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction. Our experience was marked by multiple failures, beginning with the initial pickup. We had to inspect two different carts due to the company's negligence in ensuring they were adequately charged by prior renters. Even after selecting a cart, we were required to make a second trip to collect a charger, which was both inconvenient and indicative of poor service.
The situation deteriorated further when the golf cart, which was supposed to operate for at least 25 miles on a full charge, failed after driving less than three miles. This left us stranded on the side of the road with children, and despite numerous attempts to contact the company for assistance, our messages went unanswered. We drove more miles picking up chargers, getting a ride home, etc than driving the golf cart.
Given that the issue clearly stemmed from a defective battery—something that could and should have been checked before allowing us to drive off—the entire situation was entirely preventable. Had we not had family in the area, our predicament could have been much worse, especially considering we were unfamiliar with the area due to our vacation.
In light of these issues, I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options. This company demonstrated a concerning lack of responsibility and customer care that significantly impacted our experience.

My daughter wanted to include riding around in a golf cart for her 16th birthday and the owner was extremely helpful in making sure she got what she wished for and that everything went smoothly. He’s a genuinely kind person. 100 stars if i could!

They add tax plus insurance and it doubles the price of the rental. Be prepared to pay $100 an hour to drive a golf cart
