This Inn is a hidden gem!! The rooms are cozy, modern, and very clean. The staff is kind and helpful, and very friendly. All of the extras and personal touches made this seem more like a very friendly B&B rather than a hotel. The beach is super close and they provide chairs, umbrellas and towels if you would like them. The courtyard with the pool was very clean and wonderfully landscaped, and while the hotel was full it didn't seem loud or crowded at all. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Will definitely recommend to others.

This place is a perfect little getaway. It is adults only, so it is always quiet and peaceful. They have breakfast each morning and a wine and cheese gathering in the evening. Along witb that, they have a fully stocked bar that is based on the honor system. The beach is out the back door down the boardwalk. It has a heated pool and is close to everything. Ron Jon surf shop, restaraunts, the cocoa beach pier, and grocery stores are all in walking distance. We were very happy with the service. Will definitely return in the future.

Before going on our vacation to this hotel, I read a lot of the reviews (mostly the negative ones) to gauge if there was an overall problem with the location. I can honestly say that the negative reviews have it wrong for this hotel. So what if the rooms don't have a microwave! When you are on vacation, why would you want to cook anyways? A small refrigerator in the room might be helpful for chilling water, wine, etc.The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lounge was fantastic, and the food prepared was more than adequate for the morning's adventures. The afternoon desk attendant (I believe his name was Mike) was incredibly helpful in his recommendations and giving us a brief history of this hotel. The hotel lobby always had FRESH coffee in the morning and the grounds keepers absolutely took pride in the way the gardens and pool were kept. One small issue that we had was that the chairs and umbrella provided to guest for their use on the beach were somewhat cumbersome to walk out to the beach with. Great beach chairs (made to withstand a hurricane I'm sure) but being well made makes them heavy, but we managed. Having a room that open up to the pool was very nice and convenient. I was a little unnerved about the front of the hotel as it was not gated from the roadway that ran in front of the hotel. Anyone could walk right up to the room door without being noticed. All in all, this is a quiet, quaint hotel that has made our short list of places to return to.Rooms: You don't spend your vacation in your room, and if you do, how is that a vacation? Rooms had what was needed, nice soft bed with an abundance of pillows, cable tv on large screen, bathroom with a shower. Not having a closet was strange at first, but again, you're on vacation, if you have formal cloths with you, you're not really on vacation.Walkability: Easily walk to the beach and Ron Jon's. We drove to a couple of restaurants (Coconuts on the Beach, Florida Seafood Company) simply because we didn't want to cross major intersections.Food & drinks: Morning breakfast of personal quiches and muffins, boiled eggs if one desires them. Juice, fruit and English muffins, but no bagels ?

The Inn is a gem. The room was small, but clean, comfortable and stylish. Ours was an ocean view room with a good view of the pool. The area between the hotel and the beach is a protected area. So, the growth was high enough that you could see the actual beach. Not a big deal though as the vegetation was actually a nice site. The bed was soooo comfortable, too. The pool was clean and serene, with many seating options including umbrellas and other covered areas. They have an open bar where you serve yourself. Just fill out a quick receipt and you never have to wait for your drink. They will also supply towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc for the beach.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights prior to our cruise out of Port Canaveral. It's a quaint bed and breakfast. Very Mom and Pop feel to it, but we loved it. It's a little old school and you get physical keys for your room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the patio by the pool. Our room did get a little warm at night while sleeping even though the A/ C was running. Would be great to have a fan in the room to help circulate the air around. The shower was a little quirky, I think they were trying to use a regular shower head as a rain shower. There isn't a door on the shower, just a glass wall with an opening. When showering water would splash outside the shower. We took several dips in the pool. We really enjoyed the spa music out by the pool, it was very relaxing. It was very relaxing just sitting outside our patio listening to the afternoon rain and spa music.Love that you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. They do offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas that can be checked out at the desk.I loved the beautiful hibiscus flowers that are in pots outside the rooms. These are my favorite flavors and I've never seen them in those colors before.Breakfast is served from 7:30-10 am in the other part of the building. They had homemade mini quiche ( ham and cheddar) or Feta and Spinach, hard boiled eggs, homemade carrot cake like muffins, toast, fresh fruit. Breakfast was delicious. They did rotate the flavors of quiches available each breakfast. The ladies working breakfast were very friendly. The staff was super nice and friendly. Great location and within walking distance to many activities and restaurants. One restaurant we went to twice was Branos Italian restaurant. It was less than a 10 minute walk from here. From about 9 am-11 am you can see the parrots hanging out on their perches. We saw them on our way to breakfast. Very chill birds.During our stay we visited the Kennedy Space Center and got an Uber ride to it from the hotel. A very neat place to visit that is about a 25 minute ride away. Otherwise if you want to stay more local there are plenty of activities to do near the bed and breakfast.Overall very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again for a future vacation.Nearby activities: Mini golf, shopping, restaurantsWalkability: Beach, restaurants, shopping, activities

From the moment I checked in, I felt at home. The lady at checkin made me feel welcome and her instructions to me felt warm and personal. The room has a guest house meets grandma kind of look with the dog statues and the personal attention to detail. The cleaning staff greeted me with a smile and the breakfast staff were just simply amazing. My room looked over the ocean. IT was nice to sit on the balcony at night listening to the waves hit the shore. I felt the stress of work just wash away.

The staff at The Inn went above and beyond to accommodate me during a solo business trip to work the Space-X Crew 7 launch. I had to work several late nights/long days. The first morning I rushed to get back to make the breakfast and arrived at 10:18, thinking the breakfast was until 10:30. It ends at 10, and even though they were cleaning up and had the "closed" sign up, they fixed me a plate with homemade quiche and the delicious sunrise muffins. Also insisted I came back for seconds, which I did because it was that good! After the scrub of the initial launch time, I had to extend my flight and rental car for another day. Being an early morning launch, I didn't book another night at The Inn since I wouldn't be sleeping anyways. Upon checking out, they invited me to hang out at the pool while I await launch. They allowed me to come in and utilize the drinks/snacks and ensured I was taking care of. As the day ended, they even allowed me to shower in the employee area so I was nice and fresh for work! I've never experienced this type of hospitality at any hotel before!! The room was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my view from the second story balcony. The amenities and location for the price truly can't be beat. Look no further if you are on the hunt for a great stay in Cocoa Beach - you will not be disappointed.

Just had the most wonderful, tranquil 3 days! Thanks to the wonderful team at the Inn! Breakfast was fresh and the quiche, ladies, thank you! The grounds are beautifully, immaculately kept and the entire facilities are spotless and clean. This is our second time staying at the Inn and my wife and I can't wait to return on another anniversary get away. I definitely recommend the 4th floor, ocean view rooms.Walkability: So closet the beach! and great restaurants.

5 ⭐️’s all the way around…After three separate visits, The Inn has become our “home away from home”. Consistency can be counted on at this B&B- cleanliness, friendliness, accommodating, absolutely non-smoking on the entire property, catering to adults. All the staff are very congenial to those they serve and to each other. Liz was our favorite! Not to forget…the Inn’s parrots, relaxing poolside, honor bar and breakfast. The delicious quiche, fresh fruit & Good Morning muffins served by Cathy & Lollie are perfect after a leisurely morning walk or bike ride along the beach. Yes- if you’re a cyclist, this is the perfect beach to pedal for miles and miles! There’s so much to experience on the beach- literally right out the “backdoor” of The Inn!As far as we’re concerned- The Inn is the gem at Cocoa Beach. Guaranteed, the friendly staff will do their best to make your stay a “we will be back” one!Rooms: Everything we needed for our beach stay. They even offer daily housekeeping- very appreciated!Safety: We felt totally safe. The back gate towards the beach is only accessible by a guest’s key- thank you for this precaution. There is staff at the front lobby around the clock. Parking lot is well lit and safe.Walkability: Easily walk or bike to many places nearby (Ron Jon’s and many restaurants are close by). If driving is preferred, the area is easy to navigate.Food & drinks: Breakfast is outstanding and served with a smile. Cathy and her staff make sure their guests are fed nutritiously to tackle their day!The Honor Bar is a nice addition…everything one might need to mix up their own cocktail.Wine is complimentary each evening; served with fruit, cheese & crackers. It’s a great opportunity to receive recommendations from the staff for area restaurant’s & activities.

Really enjoyed my stay here.Pros:Beach access is second to none. There's a locked gate in the back that leads to a short boardwalk then the beach. Towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided.Lots of extras. There's a. Putting range, cash bar, and social wine hour.Centrally located. Nobody in Cocoa Beach seems to walk anywhere, but you can walk to most restaurants and stores.Complimentary early check in. Saved me 5 hours of my life.Cons:Very small room with no closet. Hangars are provided though. No fridge.Breakfast was more of free coffee and something you probably don't want to eat.The last night I was there I could hear the person above me snoring from about 9pm - 6am.All together I would stay here again but spring for a better room not on the ground floor.
