I will never use this pharmacy to fill prescriptions. I was in Cocoa beach for the past winter. I transfered a couple of my meds, to this pharmacy. They continued to fill my prescriptions without my consent. I left several messages. Because NO ONE THERE IS SMART ENOUGH ANSWER THE GOD DAM PHONE. I had to call corporate number to have them discontinue filling prescriptions. This only lasted a month or so, then clowns refilled another prescription. More of my time wasted. Cvs sucks and I'm done doing any business there.

This pharmacy used to be good but now it's just not. Something is very wrong and they're either overlooking information or there's a software issue. We've been filling my sons meds here for a year now no problem and today they tell us they don't have his insurance on file. Well it's the same insurance we've had. I had My own prescription put in and they said my insurance doesn't cover the medicine....well I transferred it out and my Insurance covered it no problem and my insurance is Cigna. Just unacceptable below average service.

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Called to ask a question and the man was obviously not interested in helping. Short unhelpful answers then basically hung up on me. First and last time I’ll try that place.

I say go someplace else. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. I called the Pharmacists to help me with some Asthma medications. He said he could not. They changed the phone service where you can only leave a message and they suppose to call you back. I've done that and never received a call back. So, the only way I was able to get a staff on the phone is when I opted for #2.

Stopped in here on a road trip to grab some beverages and snacks. This store is directly next to a walgreens so not sure why I picked one over the other. The store was clean and well organized, and the Christmas gift section was in between the front door and the drink section, so I did end up perusing this area briefly. Some cute stuff - I didn't know CVS has a relationship with Claire's, and I was surprised at the reasonable prices for the toys. Thank you to the kind employee for checking me out quickly and with ease. There was plenty of space to park in the ample parking lot.

I travel all over the United States and have visited many CVS Pharmacies. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever experienced. Every Pharmacy staff member I have come in contact has been extremely rude and unresponsive to requests. Their attitude is that I am lucky to have their service. Arrogant!Impossible to talk with a person on the phone. Recording tells you to use App, which was not updated when a prescription was not covered by insurance and therefore not filled. I confronted them about not updating App. I was told they had problems with the App the last couple of months. Therefore, not their problem. However, I had the same problem 10 months ago. Somehow, 2 hours after my complaint the App was updated. Recommendation:DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Sometimes the computer will mess up your Rx, but the pharmacists genuinely try to help you out as much as they can. I know people get frustrated with waiting etc but if they make a single mistake on which pill or the dosage people can die. Try to cut them some slack

How are y’all gonna sell lighters and ID me for a lighter, when y’all don’t even sell tobaccos products?? where’s the logic in that? You should put up a sign saying so too so customers don’t waste their time on your long lines. Disappointing and stupid.
