I travel all over the United States and have visited many CVS Pharmacies. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever experienced. Every Pharmacy staff member I have come in contact has been extremely rude and unresponsive to requests. Their attitude is that I am lucky to have their service. Arrogant!Impossible to talk with a person on the phone. Recording tells you to use App, which was not updated when a prescription was not covered by insurance and therefore not filled. I confronted them about not updating App. I was told they had problems with the App the last couple of months. Therefore, not their problem. However, I had the same problem 10 months ago. Somehow, 2 hours after my complaint the App was updated. Recommendation:DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Sometimes the computer will mess up your Rx, but the pharmacists genuinely try to help you out as much as they can. I know people get frustrated with waiting etc but if they make a single mistake on which pill or the dosage people can die. Try to cut them some slack

How are y’all gonna sell lighters and ID me for a lighter, when y’all don’t even sell tobaccos products?? where’s the logic in that? You should put up a sign saying so too so customers don’t waste their time on your long lines. Disappointing and stupid.

Gretchen Bushy has to be the rudest person working there. She's downright nasty each time she waits on us. No wonder my neighbors refuse to go there. I was a customer of Walgreens, and was happy, but when we purchased a 2nd home, CVS is 30 minutes closer. I'll just get all my RX filled at Walgreens before we travel, at least they appreciate our business.

My daughter got sick on vacation and had to go to CVS for her medicine. They are not friendly and not concerned if you get your medicine

New Complaint: If you look at my Google reviews you'll see that I am very fair w my assessments, and regularly give 5 stars. But with CVS, I have to go with 1. My doctor sent over my prescriptions that I receive every month, and have received for nearly 10 years. I went to check the status of my RXs via the app, and it told me I needed to call. Weird, I thought, as this has never happened before. The woman I spoke with was extremely short and very rude. She told me that I need to call every month AFTER my doctor sends over my RXs to tell them to fill them. I was taken aback, and asked when this started. She angrily replied that it's always been like this. If my insurance was accepted at an of the Mom and Pop pharmacies I would be filling there instead. They fill your RXs in under 10 minutes and usually even quicker than that. They don't require a phone call from me to remind them to fill. Cvs and all the other big box pharmacies are the worse, and can sometimes take days to fill because "they're so busy" ?. I think I'll take the loss and pay out of pocket to support a pharmacy like Coca Beach Discount Rx instead of being treated so horribly. To make matters worse, they treat me as if I am some junkie trying to score or pull one over on them literally every single time I deal w them. This is bc of a stigma associated w one of my prescriptions. They are not doctors. They don't know what is going on w me health wise, so they should stay in their lane and simply fill the RXs that the actual doctor sent. I will be escalating for this to corporate as soon as I hit post. There goes my afternoon...Original complaint:I had some pictures developed. Went to pick them up and no one was working the entire front of the store. Self checkout only. Finally I found the manager. She begrudgingly retrieved my pictures, gave them to me. I went to the self checkout and proceeded to try and pay for them. It was NOT working. I looked around and she was staring at me. I said, "excuse me, this is not working..." And she very very very rudely replied, "that's because you need to come over here and let me check you out..." So the whole time she literally just sat there and watched me trying to pay for them, handed them to me knowing that I couldn't self checkout. It seemed like she was waiting for me to try and steal them. Well I am contacting corporate. Her name is Lee. She is always a BlTCH when I go in there. And I'm sick of it. She doesn't like my politics. How does she know them? By looking thru my pictures.

how bout that white alligator crawling through your drive-thru about 11:15 to 11:45 night of 6/20/20? huh? how bout that? cause that happened. except i broke its neck when i jumped the tall curb so directing the gator to it, the curb, on the water vending, or "left" side of your store facing the beach. if your systems still have the footage of the drive-thru i suggest you take a look, for entertainment purposes, if any. if you have a cam on left side of the store you have the most spectacular footage then. all told i got a witness. he wouldn't give me his number but he validated my experience to me before he left. i mean, only a hater green with envy would make light of my spectacular victory that night. they might even make a list of circumstances to lessen my victory or "lighten my load" rather. an incredible event you will maybe never read or hear of something so spectacular happening at your store ever again. but it happened, and i did it. love always, Thad the Puppetmaster. ps: white means "albino."

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy....always meas up prescriptions and can't ever get them ready in a normal time frame . It's ridiculous..annd it doesn't help that the staff is so rude .

Screws up prescriptions. Never got a refill in one trip after calling them in. Don't have item, decide you wouldnt want it for some reason, or just lost the prescription EVERY SINGLE TIME! Fortunately new insurance doesnt force us to go there this year. Unprofessional unhelpful and rude. Go anywhere else if you can.

Mgr Scott at the Cocoa Beach, Florida location is a liar and thief. On Feb 8th at 5:00PM Eastern time I told Scott to cancel my prescription due to his lies. Without my permission he still billed my insurance company. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state attorney general. I eventually emailed CVS CEO K.Lynch, who arranged to credit my health insurance company. Never do business with CVS again.

Megan and Marc were very helpful to my wife and me with using our extra bucks and several coupons even though we were using old phone numbers. They were very patient and kind.

Went here twice recently for the pharmacy only. In and out quickly with polite fast service. No issues.
