My usual cutter has transferred to another location so I have to settle for less. The lady that cut my hair was horrible. She was rough. I get a short cut and she had to be asked to go over the top again because it was wavy. no thanks, Will go somewhere else next time.

Went in today and Sia was wonderful. I'm from VA Beach and I needed my hair washed and styled. She got my hair so shiny and straight. It was pouring out and helped me get to my car without a drop of rain on my hair. Thanks so much the staff was nice as well offers an umbrella but we had one.

They are always so kind here. Kiersten did my hair. I have thick wavy hair I normally wear short. It had gotten out of control 🤣🤣 and Kiersten got me looking good again!! I also liked the added touch of the power after she shaved my neck!

Just wanted to say thank you to Gabby. Our great clips experience was amazing thanks to her. She took her time to make my 3 boys feel comfortable for their school cuts. She showed amazing customer service and kindness to give us memorable visit. She is a true asset to Great Clips and we would not hesitate to come back.

Checked in online for a quick simple trim,
I love they keep notes on file about your cut so when you get another stylist it’s not always necessary to explain how you want the cut. Always a pleasant experience! However, I wish the app offered the first names of stylists on duty that day so you can select your personal choice. I highly recommended Cocoa Beach Great Clips.

The day we went to Great Clips all the haircuts were $9.99, there was no wait, all of the hair dressers were very proficient, friendly and accommodating, easy process of checking in and they make a profile of the way you want your haircut and save it in the computer, so next time you go they know what to do, It was a very good experience.

Came 15 minutes before closing needing a man's haircut. Doors locked. Lady at the register in front. Never opened the door. As I write this they should still be open. What a way to run a business.

Absolutely the worst haircut..I can't believe I paid for this...now my wife is going to have to fix it...lady was miserable and seemed as if I was a bothering her some how. I asked for a simple hair cut 1/1/2 faded to a 2 and 3 on top. Couldn't do it. I'll never go back to this location again. Sad cause I live on Cape and I'll have to drive to Merritt island..
