I've been going here for a year it has been a great experience Tyler that works there is very nice an always willing to help an give advice. Overall a great work out experience nice local gym. Never over crowded.

Derek is an amazing guy, plus he really knows his stuff! If you're looking for a great gym to go to while you're in town or if you live here, this place is for you. Clean with lots of machines.
