Did not stay at the hotel. Booked a day trip to the hotel beach via cruise ship. The beach was fine, but the chair and umbrella rentals were expensive. Restaurant on site had no gluten-free menu options safe for someone with celiac disease (except a salad and a fruit cup). The server was nice, but admittedly, she stated she didn't know about gluten-free menu options and had to double check.

A little pricey, but great location with direct access to the beach. Rooms were nice enough. Starbucks coffee and gelato for purchase in the lobby. Continental breakfast was $15 but pretty good quality with tasty croissants. Was even able to catch a rocket launch from the beach right after finishing dinner at the outside bar/restaurant.

I booked a junior suite for almost $500 a night and they gave me room 701 trying to pass off as a junior suite. Pretty bad, beat up room. I said something but hotel was sold out. Room is next to elevators. My family and I could not wait to leave the hotel unfortunately. For a Hilton we just felt disappointed and bamboozled.Rooms: I’m surprised a junior suite is one rectangular room w cheap furniture.

We stopped here as an excursion off our cruise ship and it was amazing! The rum runners were made perfectly, the food was amazing and the service was great! Highly recommend visiting as a ship getaway!!

The hotel is very quiet in one sense. Cannot hear neighbors at all. However, there is a very low-pitched mechanical throbbing that is very noticeable and persistent. Our room, 513, was very nice, had windows on two sides and overlooked the beach. The bathroom was clean but followed the current hotel trend of a noisy sliding door that allows all bathroom sounds into the bedroom. This design must be from people who are solo travelers. The bed pillows were the one low spot in the room. Dreadful pillows, good mattress. The restaurants were friendly with very tasty food, served quickly. The coffee shop/ice cream shop in the lobby was a delight. Parking could be a challenge to find something close to the hotel, but we always found a spot somewhere. The pool was clean and the temperature was fine. The pool towels are small and very scratchy/rough. The beach area was clean, pleasant and large. There is a park to the south so a lot of open space that way.

Had a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds, full fridge, top range, and microwave. The beach view was beautiful. Service was amazing in the restaurant. The outside bar had too many bees around for me to enjoy a drink outside.
