Great location, terrible hotel, though cheap. I would have been happier going elsewhere and paying more. Big caution sign: no shampoo or tissues. When I asked, no it was not a mistake. They aren’t that kind of place. Imagine a basic room and then cut your expectations in half. It was clean, but we could hear everything next door. All the angry screaming, all the moaning. When it rained, the room did stay dry, but we had to wonder. There were a couple outlets, but to charge both my watch and phone I had to unplug the tv. I thought that since it’s in such a great spot and reviews were pretty good and the photos weren’t bad it would be OK, but really, unless you’re desperate, try someplace else.

My stay at motel 6 was a letdown. I arrived at 7:30 only to be told no rooms are available come back in an hour. What an inconvenience I had work at 9.pm Latisa offer me a refund and that was nice but I needed the room everything was sold out. I asked her can I be discounted instead, she agreed. Perfect! I returned in an hour let’s just say I check in at 9. The process was disorganize. Bummer! Latisa gave me a room key with zero guidance , No direction, no WiFi and, most importantly no room number! I ask her and she announced aloud with no regards for safety! Crowded space. I was displeased! The room welcome was a door that looked like it’s been through war a hole at the bottom ,the top was sticking out I was concerned for my safety! The door didn’t close properly. The beds and floor were dirty bugs on my ceiling hair in the bathroom . What a disgrace! I bailed after 5mins in. I walked to the front and ask for the refund instead. Funny how she wasn’t authorized to give me the discount she promised earlier. very unprofessional she claims her manager will do it. Now she making promises on someone else’s behave. She was perfect at getting people out her face I’ll give her that. Veronica the supervisor refused my refund saying I stayed in the room but that wasn’t true. I requested a refund within 5 minutes of checking in and nothing was used. She seemed more concerned with protecting revenue than helping me. Where was the customer service?

So there's definitely some sketchy people here. I don't think they really have any control over that. I would've liked to see a security guard walking around the place. The rooms wasn't bad. The location is great. No one broke into the car thankfully. Four points Sheridan is like a block away and worth the extra money.

Didn't stay, got there and canceled my reservation. Dirty, musty smelling rooms and they showed me 2. I believe more monthly rentals than someone spending a weekend. I'm in dispute about a refund now. Website pictures show much better property than it actually is.

Great service from Tia at the desk .she was very helpful and nice. She went beyond to make my stay beautiful and nice. Over all I was so happy with my stay and the manager is more thank helpful.

Rented two rooms, one room was without bath towels but the service desk agent Tia, was very helpful and gave us exactly what we needed. Great location!!
