“Always friendly and professional. I had an oil change done at the Toyota dealership awhile back because they sent me a coupon. The service technician said there was an issue with the steering box and it would cost over $4000 to fix. The next oil change was back at Guaranteed Auto and they checked the steering box and said it was fine. 30,000 miles later, still no issues. I'd recommend Guaranteed Auto for all your service.”
“Friendly knowledgeable staff give quick efficient service. I like that they check all your lights, signals, fluids for the price of the oil change. You can get a cheaper oil change, but are you sitting in your car keeping an eye and ear on everything going on? Plus they send coupons that keep the price about what you pay everywhere else where you give over your keys and wait, and wait, and wait. Not at Strickland Brothers. They are very quick but they also provide very thorough efficient service.”

90W XL Passenger Tire) due to their machines not being set up for low profile rims, and they did not want to take the chance of scratching my rims. I informed them my rims are already very road rashed and I bought them used so another scratch wouldn’t bother me. I appreciated the notice ahead of time, but do wish Walmart+ would not set up this appointment at this store if they are not equipped for the job. I’m leaving a 5/5 for Maurice, and his technicians for open communication.”
