“Always friendly and professional. I had an oil change done at the Toyota dealership awhile back because they sent me a coupon. The service technician said there was an issue with the steering box and it would cost over $4000 to fix. The next oil change was back at Guaranteed Auto and they checked the steering box and said it was fine. 30,000 miles later, still no issues. I'd recommend Guaranteed Auto for all your service.”

“Mark has been working on my cars For years. I have a Tiguan and my girlfriend has a Jetta. Not only is he a good mechanic outright. He knows these Volkswagens in and out he drives one himself. Not to mention his shop is kind of back in this cool eclectic spot with trees and plants. He most always has flip flops on and is always fair.
100% recommend even if you don’t have a VW”
