Derrick, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with Adobe InDesign, ensuring my document had the correct bleeds for printing. His professional advice was invaluable, and the end product exceeded my expectations.I had previously approached Jet Press Printing, where I encountered less than satisfactory customer service. They were not only less helpful but also quoted me $80 for 10 booklets when I only needed three. They wormy print less than 10 booklets. Moreover, they estimated a 3 to 4-day wait before the job could be picked up, which was inconvenient, to say the least. After multiple calls and left messages with a slow response speed, I turned to Pioneer Printing.The contrast couldn’t be starker. It said it wouldn't be ready until the next day but after calling the manager reassured me that it wouldn't take that long. There was a mix up with hours online and I arrived after their closing time. When I explained this to the manager the next day she took the time to explain it to me.
