The staff at the store are very responsive. They’re always willing to be helpful. The manager is especially helpful and has on numerous occasions notified me of a package that it arrived that he thought I might not be aware of.

The store associates are always so helpful and friendly. I feel welcome and special !! I get in and out quickly which is also very important. There are so many retail businesses whose associates act like you are bothering them but not these folks !! I feel valued and happy when I leave. It feels like I’ve known the associates for years !!

I had an excellent experience at the Cocoa Beach UPS store this afternoon. The sales rep was extremely helpful with my shipment providing options and excellent service.

Worker was very rude. The customer in front of me used his own box she taped it up for him he emailed label to her and she printed it out. With me they would not tape up my own box or even print out label if I emailed it to them in store I had to send email 1 hour before I got there for them to print it out before I got there. He had 2 other items and he had to write out address on papers after 10 minutes I said I only have a drop off for Amazon box all taped up and label attached ready to go but she said I had to wait for a receipt and she couldn't do it until she finished. I was steaming mad when she finished after 15 minutes. She knew I was mad and instead of saying sorry she said her you go sunshine. What a slap to the face I was not sunshine but steaming mad.
