They have worked with her to no longer need a muzzle and they give her so much time to become comfortable before touching her or beginning an exams. “I took my nephew's dog in as a follow up for a back injury that had been diagnosed at the Emergency Vet a week ago. I found the staff to be kind and supportive. Dr. Kate was wonderful! She did a thorough exam and answered all of our questions. A technician was crafty and created a sling with handles from a tote bag to help me care for the patient. The price was very reasonable. I would feel comfortable bringing any pet to this practice.”

The vet, Dr. Dobin, was efficient, competent, present and answered all my questions. There was plenty of parking. The waiting room was spacious and the facility was clean and well maintained. During such an emotional time, Dr. Hennessy and vet tech, Rachel, were truly exceptional. Rachel gently explained each step of the process, so we knew what to expect, which brought us comfort and reassurance. Dr. Hennessy treated Becca with the utmost kindness and respect, allowing us the time and space we needed to say goodbye in a peaceful, dignified setting.

“I absolutely love coming here. I got my cat Maverick about 3 months ago now. He’s my first pet I’ve ever had on my own. He came to me snotty and with lots of upper respiratory issues. In true new mom fashion I brought him back to these guys like twice a month trying to figure out the problem. Dr.Mcleod explains everything and is so knowledgeable and she discovered that he has a cleft palate!
Dr. McLeod, Lourdes, karen, Sarah and the rest of the team have been so incredibly kind and patient with me. They are the best around! Each one of the crew is so knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. You can tell they care so much about each and every patient.
I 100% recommend them. I trust them wholeheartedly!!! They are reasonably priced and never try to force anything on you that you don’t need. Which I respect so much!

“Nice clinic, but prices I feel are quite expensive. They charge for everything, such as anal glands which isn't included with bathing where other groomers do. They have a good supply of Hills food but that seems a little more than Pet Supermarket. The clinic has a vet that works there all the time which is good, and they have a nice yard where the dogs can play.
They're just out of my budget.”

Dr. Hank Collins was beyond wonderful, never had a vet with such a kind rapport with my dog. He took a lot of time explaining Charlie's condition. Highly recommend this animal hospital!!”

“We are so grateful to the entire team at this office for the kindness and care they showed our sweet Finley. After bringing her back to the States with us following many years abroad, we were hoping to find a place that would make her feel safe and loved and in just a few visits, they did exactly that.
As Finley’s health started to decline, each appointment was met with patience, compassion, and genuine warmth. The staff took their time with her, got down on the floor beside her, and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors, everyone treated her with such tenderness. We had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Ballard and Dr. Dexter, and their thoroughness and gentle approach meant so much to us.
Even though our time with them was short, the impact they had on Finley’s last chapter and on our family was truly meaningful. While we aren’t ready to bring another pet into our home just yet, when that day comes, this will absolutely be the office we choose.
Thank you for caring for Finley with so much love. She was such a special part of our family, and we’re grateful she spent her final visits surrounded by people who made her feel safe.”
