Just to make everyone aware they moved around the corner from where they used to be. Now they're near the olive and grapes store I believe it is called. Anyway highly recommend stopping into the store. A lot of fresh baked goods for your puppy.”

“We received our Katimanjaro last week. It's the first cat tree we ordered from Jamie, but something like the 20th cat tree we've ever purchased. We love it! We're used to being very disappointed by our cat trees, because of cheap cardboard tube and particle board construction, often with shoddily glued carpet coverings. Not this one! It's all actual wood and plywood, and all the carpet solidly attached.”

They allow you to bring in your own pets, which is a doubly good thing because it shows they truly love pets and pets love going out and having an adventure so they love it too. I've never been here without being asked at least 3 times if I needed help, I love knowing the people that work here really care. The only issue is the extremely high prices, I would buy all my pet supplies here if they weren't so much higher than prices everywhere else.”

“Most hobbyist complain about the big stores like petco, but I have nothing but praise for this store. I have been here several times throughout the past few years and all my experiences were positive. The one experience that prompted me to write a review was the level of service and expertise that I received yesterday. I am looking at a starter aquarium for my kiddos and met Christina (I hope I spelled it right), the fish area manager. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, gave me great advice on setting up my tank and what I needed. Took her time to explain everything, what a great level of customer service. She walked me through the setup and even helped me compare products to find the best ones for my needs. Christina was also a sweetheart with my kids! She made a "big store" feel like a friendly neighborhood store with her kindness and expertise. PETCO you really hit it out of the park when you hired her. I'll update pics once I have the tank set up.”
“I had my dog groomed here today for the first time. My other groomer told me my shih tzu was too energetic for her and she wouldn’t groom him unless I had my dog on sedative medicine. I was in no way interested in that. I called this groomer and they have a groomer there who specializes in high energy dogs. Her name is Amanda. She did a great job on my dog. She bathed him, brushed his teeth, and filed his nails. The hair cut looks great, my dogs teeth are much cleaner than before. I’m going to have his teeth brushed every grooming session from now on and I will definitely be switching to woof gang full time now. Very very very friendly staff, beautiful store with lots of dog food and treats for sale. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Amanda and Woof Gang for accommodating my dog and getting him in so quick! I will see you next time for his next scheduled grooming! 5 stars!”
