My children (ages 14 and 10) had a 2 hour lesson with John yesterday. We are in Cocoa Beach from New York and he gave them a truly amazing experience. He was kind and patient with both of them and spent the whole 2 hours in the water with them making sure they got up on the board. Thank you John and Wave Masters Surf School for the awesome memories.

John was great with little 9 y.o. girl. Good simple instructions she easily understood. His excitement and enthusiasm with every wave she caught was contagious. We had people walking by cheering her on. Now she wants dad to back out there and shred the knar knar with her. Thanks John! All the best.

John is great, I contacted him last minute for a lesson for my daughter and he kindly found a spot for her. My daughter had a blast and I even got an opportunity to tried as well. Bryan was my daughter's coach and he was awesome. We enjoyed every minute. Great price for what you get. ? highly recommended. Don't doubt it. I would do it again with them for sure. John was awesome with the 10 and 7 year old. Gave great advice. Will definitely book with him again the next time we are on the east coast. And even gave the 5 year old a chance. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! Best surf lesson around. We have 3 kids and John got them all up and surfing!! Fun and well worth the money. Location was great!!

John was my instructor and he was one of the nicest and most supportive people I’ve ever met. He was a great instructor and he would tell me what I was doing wrong and what I could improve upon. Best surfschool I’ve ever been too, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

We went to Florida in March and absolutely loved our surfing lesson. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be booking again on our next trip. Highly recommend for any age.

John is a fantastic teacher, and had my fourteen year old granddaughter on her feet on the board within the first hour. He was patient and personable and really put her at ease. I highly recommend him. The price was more than fair.

Drove down with the kids from Illinois for spring break and was going to sign them up (ages 10 and 13) with one of the big surf school places. But then I saw these operations at work and its about 8 students to a couple of instructors and they spend more time sitting on the boards idle in the water than catching waves. So I went back to the drawing board and low and behold found John with wavemasters. Couldn't have been happier! We had a scheduling issue on our end due to some sunburn issues from a prior beach day and John was totally accommodating and flexible. Best part was the kids LOVED it because after some dryland instruction, the entire lesson was spent actually surfing and catching waves instead of sitting around. Surfing is hard and you can only get better through repitition. John is awesome, fun, and very patient! What a memorable and fun experience! He wore the kids out! But rest assured, when we come back, we are scheduling a follow up lesson with wavemasters! 5 stars all the way. Thank you!

John was amazing! Fit us in last minute, met us close to where we would be (from a cruise), and you can tell he just loves what he does. Made my daughter feel completely comfortable and confident and she she loved every second. This was her first time ever on a surf board and she rocked it and is hooked.

Franky is amazing instructor and I had a super fun lesson while visiting Cocoa Beach. He's really knowledgeable about the waves and offer great tips, highly recommend!!

We had a family lesson with John and Bryan. They were brilliant. I can’t recommend them enough. Attentive to the more anxious in our group and really encouraging. We all ended up standing and the 2 hour lesson went by so quickly. We ended up surfing near Jetty park as they recommended there due to the surf being rougher due to winds further down at Cocoa Beach itself. So we likely wouldn’t have enjoyed the lesson as much as we did if they hadn’t. If you are looking for an attentive and experienced lesson book with them! Highly recommend ?
