I rented a moving pod from this company and they were great to deal with, the pod looked practically brand new and the price was very reasonable. The driver Bill always showed up right on time and you could tell that he loved working for the company. I would 100% recommend them.

Quick to respond and delivering the ape crate. Super nice guy, whose name I embarrassingly forget, who showed me how the huge trailer worked and how it came to be. I will use them in the future and recommend them.

Horrible company to do business with and staff are incompetent. Had a portable storage unit moved from one address to another with specific instructions for me to be there so as to not damage new driveway. Driver delivered hours early with out talking to me and without my consent and damaged brand new paver driveway. When I told staff at office I was told by manager they would pay after I had already had it fixed. Two weeks later I found out after having to go there that the owner denied to pay for damages due to lease agreement even though they made the mistake and did not follow my specific instructions due to the incompetence of staff and driver not paying attention while delivery. Will never use this company again and already have others not willing to use them because of this incident which will cost them more than the damage cost involved.

I have had a storage unit for over 15 years, so when it was time for me to move I purchased another. I was told that they could be moved ANYWHERE!!!. I only moved to Alachua County!!!! They will not move it here!!!! They will not honor the contract that was made less than 2 months ago. It's not my fault that they were purchased by someone else, and I thought when a company was purchased they were supposed to honor previous companies contracts. If they are not they should notify the customers. They should also notify the customers that they were purchased it is bad businesse practice. No one wants to spend the day driving we were told. How ridiculous.

Terrible! I have had a portable storage unit with them for over 15 years!! I have never been late on a payment. So, when I was moving I got another one. I filled it. I was told it could be moved ANYWHERE!!!!! Now I live in Alachua County and they WILL NOT honor that. Apparently, there is a new owner and they feel they are not responsible. I thought when a company was purchased they were supposed to honor previous contracts, verbal or not. I guess they don't like customers.

I have had a unit since July. Friendly staff. Safe place. I have had trouble with my passcode not working. Constantly being asked if I want to set up automatic payments.

They will store your things but when you want them to deliver to your new house, they will charge $300. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never rent from them again. Do not do it!
