Samantha was absolutely amazing her phone presence her professionalism in her attention to detail was phenomenal you can tell she was very compassionate and concerned and addressed all issues and answered all questions I was very impressed she is the kind of person you would want to have working for your company she is a very valuable asset to this company and I truly hope she is appreciated customer service today it's not like it should be in a lot of places if I could give her another star I would thank you so much Samantha you are going to very high heights with your attitude set the tone continue to be that way it will make a difference thanks again

We are extremely pleased with Prime Storage, both locations in Cocoa Florida. The staff were extremely helpful at both locations, and Allie at the location where were renting storage from was so professional, accommodating, efficient and helpful! Use Prime Storage and if could give better then 5 stars I would! The site is safe, clean, secure and in all my years this has been the best experience with storage. Thank you Dara and Fred.
