This company is dumb as all hell, called them and told them to take the money out that I owed and than said they would, than these idiots call me 2 days later and tells me that they are taking the money out that I owe since I haven't paid yet, so I waited another 3 days for them to take it out and than a 4 dollar charge came thru and than the very next morning and it took the money out. I hate how they make sure and wait till they know your goin to be over drafted to take their money. No reason why they couldn't take the money when I called and asked them to and than they called a few days later and said they were taking it and they still waited.

I walked in and was talking to my spouse about how much money we were sending to his family when a lady named Taina I think that she was Spanish, she started screaming hello hello very rudely to me and my spouse waving her hands around with an attitude so instead of doing business today I just decided to go somewhere else, if you do not enjoy working with people then you should not be working customer service for amscot, thank you and have a blessed day.

This was the second time I went to cash my check and I was the only one in there at the time ( I'm white) and 2 black women walk in and the cashier was black and the girls that walked in was black and she just left me and checked out the 2 other womens like I wasn't even there. ....I guess I'm not black so I go last......what happened to first come first serve.

Put a pre approved offer online next morning y’all call me telling me I’m pre approved and pretty much hounding me to come in, I come in and u deny me because I don’t have a walk in bank?
Waste of my time and money coming up there to try and get some assistance as I have no one in my life to turn to thanks for wasting my time because I don’t have a “bank” up to your standards mind u I’m working two jobs
I even asked what I had would be ok and u were so fast rushing me in u couldn’t answer nothing on the phone

Wanted to say that the young lady named Michaela at this AMSCOT was very helpful, polite and sweet, loved her attitude, everyone should treat their customers the way she treated me. I’d recommend doing business at this AMSCOT.

Took one look at my skin and tattoos and said they couldn’t cash my check because it didn’t meet thier “requirements” it’s a cashier check from my closed bank….i know if I looked how I sounded (people say white but it’s proper) it wouldn’t have been no issue cashing it ! They literally tried to make up any excuse not to “oh why you just now cashing it” dude checks are good for 90days so wtf it matter? but it’s ok 👌🏿 discrimination is the reason I moved from dirty brevard anyways and keep ya automated replies to yourself and do better simple

Amscot is the worst place ever. I tried to cash a check that was just a little over 30 days old and it is good for 90 days. The associate was uncaring and unapologetic, telling me it is "policy". Stupid policy guys. You guys should change this, some people depend on these child support checks to feed their families. This place has too many unnecessary policies that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I won't be returning back here.

This store is a freaking joke purchase a SunPass. It’s already registered to someone else was not able to get my refund for the money I placed on the system. Such a big scam and I waited almost an hour, so ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there or use them if they had to.
