My mother had her transmission replaced. She noticed acouple days after she had some fluid in her carport took it back to them he told her she had a power steering fluid leak, oil leak and a axle seal leak and then her proceed to te her that he didn’t have time to fix it rudely. She didn’t have all of these so called leaks before she drop her car off he was just very rude and unprofessional and I don’t recommend and also when dropping your car off there over night we noticed customers were leaving their car keys on their ties which anyone walking by could clearly see them…

I took my van there for a rebuild. Wrong.Got it back and it leaked constantly. I took it back after a while. The hag at the desk didn't even want to help me despite the warranty, saying I should have come back within 10 days. Nice to know. The technician who did the work looked at it anyway since I put up a resistance to her BS (warranty is warranty). Inspects it and comes back saying it's leaking out the slip yoke and implying it's my problem.Well, I dug into it and find the -real- problem is that my "rebuild" was really a "swap" and did not contain the sleeve and O-ring around the tailshaft that has been a designed feature of EVERY TRUCK 700R4 AND 4L60E EVER PUT IN. Chose to lie to me about whose fault it is, he had to have known about this (been going on since the '80s). So attempted denial of warranty service, then actual denial of warranty service for a problem that is entirely their fault. Do not come here. Do not take their word for anything. Documents or hardware they will lie to your face just to avoid their responsibility.

Honest, straight-forward, Danny and the office manager do what they say they'll do it and in the price range they quote. I got a new clutch installed in an old pickup truck and it runs like new now. Great people. Take your car to Arnold's. A great American family making business work in Cocoa and doing it the honest way.Service: Transmission

Had my transmission rebuilt here about 6 years ago in my 1965 mustang. I brought it in today and he replaced my vacuum line and didn’t even want to charge me. I HIGHLY recommend Arnold’s Transmission.Service: Transmission

Very professional and honest!! He saved me over $5,000.00 because last shop told me I needed a new transmission and he was able to take transmission and transfer case apart so we could find the issue and it turned out the problem was in the transfercase. They were a true blessing after all the problems I had when broke down on 95 trying to drive home, he knew I was from out of town and stuck for days so he put me in right away. Can't even get better service at home and my best friend owns a shop. This guy is the best

1st: Don't judge a book by the cover. 2cd: Don't believe all the negative. Danny and his employees are "A" notch technicians. Took my 96 Deville in as the overdrive went out on a Thursday. Friday Danny called to let me know that it was an internal problem. Went by the shop on Monday. Danny took time out of his busy schedule to show me what he found and also put a plan in action to get my 96 Deville back on the road. On Thursday it was done and picked it up on Friday. I went to this business due to it was a family owned business and let me tell all of you. They treat you like family. Special meaning to this car for my wife and I: My wife's Granddaddy had this car first. When he passed my Brother-in-Law bought it from the Estate who then gave it back to his Mother. My Mother-in-Law then gave it to me. We all call the car "GEWIZZZ" as that was a favorite saying from Great Granddaddy and it still has the aftermarket Ooga horn that he always honk as he would come up the driveway for a visit. Danny, Thank You for taking your time out of your busy day to take care of me and our vehicle.
