Used to be excellent customer service. No longer. Bought a screen protector for new iPhone. They put it on. Left a big bubble. Went back a few days later because it is guaranteed and they charged $10 to put on a new one. It was entirely their fault. Will be contacting AT&T to let them know. Better off going to one of their larger stores now. What a shame. They were so convenient

We knew as soon as we walked into the store we were wasting our time. We even had an appointment and had ordered online, but the two stool warmers sitting at the counter could care less. We knew better having been here before, go to Merritt island or Titusville as these folks seem to hold you in contempt for just walking into the store.

I was told that my bill would 60.00 when I got there service and down loaded BOD. I got there service and never got the discount because I was not grandfathered in so I have to pat the price. I would never recommend at & t to no one.

I should have read the previous reviews from Yelp before going to the AT&T store in Cocoa, Fl. First, they do not have a good selection of phones. The first 2 I ask about, they did not have in stock. The one I did choose they only had one color. Next, the customer service representative was trying to help me, but she was not fully trained on the process of setting up an iPhone. My old phone was broken, so I just wanted to go in and buy a new phone and be good to go. But boy did I make a mistake. The employee helping me did not know how to properly transfer all the information from my old phone to my new phone. I bought several hundred dollars of phone products . Since the lady did not properly transfer my information from one phone to the other, I had to make a phone call to get information on setting up some applications on my phone While in the store. The shorter guy with black curly hair said you can leave now. I said are you closed ? It was 5 pm, August 24, 2023. They do not close till 7 pm. So he was not only rude to me, i was doing their job, because they failed me! so after I got home I spent over 3 hours trying to fix their screw up. Then another 2 hours on the phone with AT&T and Apple. I plan to go back tomorrow and see if they can finally get my phone right. Big waste of time and money. They had no problem taking my money, but product and service was terrible. Not very happy, due to the fact I wasted over 5 hours after I left the store because they did not properly do their job. Also, I lost important information when I was trying to fix the phone, that they did not properly transfer over. The sad part is, I trusted they did their best until another professional advised me, the did the least amount of work and did not complete the job.One month later I went to the store and spoke to the blond female individual that said she was the manager. I explained to her the situation above and that I was told you have to purchase all new chargers for my iPhone 14 pro. Instead of being professional and trying to fix matters, she told me there’s two stores I can go to in Merritt Island. So if I were you, I would take her advice instead of coming to the store on Clearlake Road, I will go to one of the two stores in Merritt Island like she recommended to me.

Do you not go to the store in Cocoa if you want good customer service and honesty. I walked in to purchase an iPhone 14 Pro. I was told that I had to buy all different chargers for this phone costing me over $150. Due to the fact, I am not text savvy. I believe the sales person, they said to me that the old chargers will not fit my new phone. Then when they went to transfer my old phone to my new iPhone 14 Pro, they did it improperly. The person only had the information up to 2019 transferred over to my new phone. They failed to properly transfer my phone. When I needed help putting in the proper apps while sitting at the store, the short guy with dark curly hair says you can leave now. I had just signed a contract spending over $1000 with AT&T and been ripped off the Chargers that I did not need to purchase. I found out later. I told them I did not want insurance on my phone but they put it on it anyways then several weeks later, I spoke with a blonde, female manager and told her the situation. Her responses there's two stores in Merritt Island you can go to. Terrible customer service, misrepresent themselves, sells products that they know you don't need. I do not recommend the store. Clearlake Road in Cocoa.

AT&T sucks they charge me a $110 for the same thing When I can go to any other provider and get the same thing for 50? I'm done with AT&T.

They were so quick and helpful. There was some confusion from a previous store and call, but they were able to rectify the situation. If something wasn't showing, they put in the effort to call and check/correct!

They need more reps and equipment, I went and ordered a phone to be shipped there but because there was only one employee ups could not drop it the package now I have to wait until they can bring it back.. cause I can’t change delivery options…ughh do betta

I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so thanks to their short wait time and excellent customer service. I recommend this store every chance I get!UPDATE: I wrote my initial review 6 years ago and I’m glad to say that although the staff has changed their hospitality and moral has not. Today I watched Kain effortlessly work with customer after customer while helping me upgrade and he never appeared rude or disgruntled. He even took his time and assisted a disabled woman with a traditional watch. I appreciate him and will continue to frequent his establishment.

My phone suddenly stopped working, it went straight to the AT&T screen and nothing I did would get it started again. I was texting with my granddaughter and she was sending me pictures of my great granddaughter so it was very important that i get this fixed. I went into the store and the salesman Kane was extremely helpful and had my phone working again within 10 minutes. I am so very grateful to this young man.Koodos to you Kane and thank you so much.

I went to this store at 7:50 pm. I was on the phone with ATT adding a line to my account. I NEEDED a SIM for tomorrow.The door was locked. I knocked until Doc came to the front and unlocked the door. He informed me that he would not help me, because he had already turned off all of the computers.So how often does Doc do this?How many hours has he been paid for while hiding in the back of the store with the front door locked?Why was his face red, and why did he seem out of breath?
