I've driven by Juniors hundreds of times over the years and never had a reason to stop, until today. I called the number on the door and Junior opened up the doors. After discussing what I was searching for, Junior rooted through a few bins and pulled out an old stock used stud still in good shape. $5.00 and a few stories later I was on my way. The conversation alone made my day, let alone, he had what I was looking for. Glad I stopped!”

“Had a window repaired at the collision center. Mike was GREAT, him.and everyone else at this toyota dealership were very nice. Communication was excellent, they went out of thier way for me multiple times, they tinted the window free of charge, I could go on and on. As in life nothing is perfect tho, besides the 10/10 customer service and friendliness and a 10/10 experience with the entire dealership as a whole, they did install a piece of rubber window guard on the bottom incorrectly, looks like it was cut wrong, its too short on the rear riverside window its self and too long on the little triangle piece at the end. Imma cut off the extra piece im just worried that rain will get into the door where its too short and cause rust. I didnt complain as I did notice all the oem origional windows had a smaller but similar gap, so this could honestly be toyota parts manufacturing issue somewhere else and not the install or the dealership at all. After experiences ive had at other dealerships like kia with my stinger, I would rate toyota in cocoa (mike erdmens) a 10 out of 10 which is rare for a steelership, i would even grace them with accurately calling it a dealership instead. **THANKS FOR FIXING MY CAR MIKE IN COLLISION** (If anyone reads this im a real person from the 321 tville) in conclusion, I wouldnt bring them a bently to fix but I would have lunch with these people and ill continue to service my 2026 corolla there!) *one last thing* the ppl here literally offered to give me a ride from cocoa to titusville, never has a dealership been so accommodating!”

John Newbold, the body shop manager, was fantastic to work with. He kept us informed throughout the repair process and made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The repairs included new body panels and a full paint job, all of which were covered by our insurance company, State Farm.
