“I called A-1 Island Auto Salvage right at closing time looking for a part for my Chevy Blazer the person that answered told me that he would go and look to see if they had the vehicle and would call me back. It was a while later definitely way after closing time and to my surprise the gentleman called me back and even had the part I needed for I have looked all over other states for this part. Next thing I knew, like 10 guys stopped what they were doing and came out from the shop area to push my truck across several lanes of traffic during the height of the lunch tome traffic. “Omg everytime I go to OReilly’s on merrit island, The staff there help me so much. I just recently had clutch work done by a mechanic and said mechanic didn’t put fluid back into my transmission and it blew my transmission. I was lost and confused but Steven the assistant manager and his colleagues helped me find a transmission at a fair price! TY STEVEN!! It’s been a nightmare for me cause of this set back but these guys have been the light at the end of the tunnel for me . They need recognition for sure!!”

“I have never had to file a claim before, nor have I hade to work with a body shop. After reading reviews on several body shops, I was dreading what laid ahead. The staff at Gerber Collision and Glass are wonderful!! The receptionist, Shawna, was friendly and attentive to costumers needs while waiting for estimator. Kim, my estimator, was incredible! Not only did she explain everything that needed to be done but dealt with my insurance company AND made arrangements with Enterprise for my rental while my truck is being worked on! Also, one of the techs did a temporary fix so my passenger door could be opened without causing more damage! I will add to my review after I get my vehicle back but so far, Gerber Collision and Glass are 5 star all the way!!”

“Buying a car is never an easy task, even less so due to my anxiety and panic attacks. After many weeks of preparing ourselves for a successful car buying expedition we arrived at Mike Erdman Toyoto and met with our consultant Jashua Maurico. After test driving the car I was interested in, we thought it was perfect and we wanted it. Easy peasy right? Five minutes later Jashua came back and said it had sold to someone else while we were test driving it!!! I just couldn't anymore so we left. Fast forward another month and we were prepared enough to try again. This time it went way more smoothly than I could have ever imagined and in hindsight I love my 2023 RAV4 even more than the previous car we had looked at.
