They ordered a new hood, painted and blended to match the paint on the Honda and it looks fantastic, they even fixed a missing clip on the bumper. “Dealership treated me well. When I purchased 2 vehicles the same day (Any dealership would do back flips to sell 2 vehicles at the same time) BUT. They requested that when Nissan sent me a survey, please bring it in to us, and we will fill it out. (Happy to let them get their back slap from Nissan) However, when I received a survey around week 2 or 3, I rode to the dealership. For me, those are about a 35 to 40 mile trips. I was promised a free oil change on each of my purchases. After arriving, I was told this wasn't the right survey, and they erased it from my phone. "Wait a little longer." I received a second survey at around 2 1/2 months. I again rode to the dealership, only to be told the first survey was the right one. Not this one. So because of their incompetence, that survey was gone, and I drive another 80 round trip for NOTHING. Of course, because we never filled out a survey. No oil change! Now, I am perfectly able to fill out the survey out on my own. (I'm a masters level trained nurse), but since they asked, I was happy to help out. Lesson learned. Don't leave things up to knuckle dragging salespeople. Handle things yourself. (Kinda makes me wonder? Who here is actually the knuckle dragging idiot? Probably me.)”

I actually live an hour and a half away and have a Gerber location much closer to me in Polk County, but I continue to return to this location because of the exceptional service I receive every time. Their workmanship is top-notch, and I’ve never had any issues or concerns with the quality of their work. This most recent experience was no exception.
