Room was clean and large. Reasonably priced. The on-site laundry facilities were out of order. I believe hotels should keep there websites up to date, ie.. laundry facilities out of service, rooms are being renovated, pool is closed, ice machine down, etc... If it is too difficult to keep up to date info on websites then offer a small discount to customer for inconvenience. I booked here thinking I could get a quick load of laundry done not knowing that it was out of service. This is just some good feedback for this hotel. Overall this is a nice place to stay with a reasonable price.

It's pretty much a good place to stay with great rates. Continental breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and friendly.

Hotel advertises as pet friendly. I was turned away at checkin late at night. They said they would make an exception for service dog but I did not have that paperwork handy to show them.
They have signs warning of a $200 fee for unregistered pets.

The floors were absolutely filthy. They didn’t look dirty. But when my daughter walked with her socks for no more than 2-3 minutes, her socks were black. The breakfast is (at best) decent. The rooms need to be cared for better. Not a place I am likely to come back to. We cleaned the floors ourself after asking them to clean it and you can see the amount of dirty/gunk on it.

This hotel is extremely dirty, it is supposedly 100% tobacco-free and when you enter the room it only smells like a cigarette. I took my dog certified as an emotional support pet and they don’t allow me to have it in the hotel. The bathtub was thick and they didn’t go to fix it or change my room. I HONESTLY DON’T RECOMMEND IT.

We schedule a room on July 1st for just one night prior to our cruise and it was AWEFUL. I have never been to a Ramada that was this nasty. The office and grounds were all clean and they they were doing construction, but aesthetically, everyting outside of the rooms looked fine. We got into our first room (non-smoking) and it smelt like there was a poker game happening in the room. The sheets, walls, and towels all smelt like smoke. The lady at the front said that it must have not been cleaned properly and offered another room. Room number two had bed bugs. There were little thin black bugs crawling all throughout the sheets and on the mattress. I have never even seen bugs on a bed before so I took video. We again went to the front and the lady acted like she had never heard of anything like that so I showed her the video. We were going to leave at this point, but we decided to give ti one more shot. The lady walked us to the 3rd room and the bed sheets on both beds was stained, like big nasty stains. We showed the lady the nice, big, fresh stains and she said she was sorry. At this point, we asked for a refund because of all the rooms being disgusting, but she stated that she could not give a refund since it was the day that we scheduled to stay. I told her that we wanted to stay but the rooms were all nasty and that it was not our fault that the rooms were like that. She finally called someone and stated that she would give us a refund. Overall it was the worse Ramada I have ever seen and will be the last.

Room was nice and recently renovated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Thr hotel was close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We showed up and the place was locked with a sign on the door saying "be right back." We tried calling and ringing the doorbell countless times over the span of an hour and no one ever answered so we were just out of luck getting out reservation. This hotel absolutely sucks and you should not try coming here for late times.

The room was nice & clean ,, my only problem was that somebody kept trying to enter my room after midnight , they would knock at the door , try to open the door & peer through the window ,, I called the front desk to tell them what had happened & the guy said that he would take car of it , the same thing happened for about 30 to 45 minutes even after I talked to the front dest clerk , I won't be back ,,,, Thank God I was only there one night

Not even gonna put my whole story on here, but just a horrible experience. Expect us to cancel a reservation when my flight was literally canceled a couple of hours before that and I had to drive eight hours to Florida and couldn’t make it and they still refused to give me a refund corporate is being contacted

Don’t bother booking here. Our flight was canceled the night before. We called and called letting them know updates. They lied and said the manager was supposed to be there in the morning to explain to them. They charged us and do not want give us our refund! The cheap Indian manager needs every penny of the $111. Stay away from these cheap fraud business.

Pretty good it’s a standard hotel nothing to special but not bad at all, bed where perfectly comfortable I do recommend your own blanket if u like it thicker. Location wasn’t bad at all nothing was more than 30mins away everything pretty close to it, room smelled perfectly fine, you can complain really at all sense it’s so cheap, I do have to say they turned our key off a hour half early and we almost locked out stuff in when moving the car so that wasn’t cool, but I recommend it for sure
