After my first visit for service, I felt like I found a place that I could trust. The team members were kind and professional. Manny, my technician explained everything so I would have no surprises. I highly recommend this dealership.

My partner bought a used Santa Fe and although everyone was friendly and accommodating during the sales experience after the sale was a different story. When he picked up the car the next day there was only one key fob. When they took his trade they wanted to make sure that he had two fobs. Otherwise they would have to knock a couple of hundred dollars off his trade. Fair enough. When we insisted that they provide us with two fobs the salesman, Dan, said that's all they received when the car was traded. Not our problem. They had the car on their lot for several months before he purchased it and had plenty of time to order a new fob for the car and provide two fobs to the new buyer. We went two weeks and never heard back from them. Called Dan and he said he would have to pay for it out of his own pocket. Too bad Dan, not our problem. After several phone calls and text messages Dan finally ordered the fob. That took another two weeks to arrive. We would have to come to the dealership to get it programmed. I called to schedule an appointment and was tossed to 3 different areas and finally spoke with Brian who said come in we'll get it taken care of. 20 miles to the dealership and Brian says, oh, I had a key cut for your husband the other day. Sorry Brian, he's not even in the country! He gave me Dan's number and said call him, he's at Coastal Hyundai now. I call Dan and now have to drive another 15 miles to get the fob and have it programmed. Furious at this point. I get there and see Dan and he's still whining about it having to come out of his pocket. Too bad. Very poor customer service after their sale. If you buy from this dealer MAKE SURE you get EVERYTHING YOU ARE OWED ! Now Dan comes back as im sitting here writing this review and wants me to take the car to another location because the guy who programs these fobs is in another location. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?! Take it yourself Dan! Why would you tell me to drive another 15 miles out of my way and the guy who programs it isn't here?!?!?!??!

Stay away from this place. Don't believe a word they tell you. Sold me a used vehicle with " no problems", turned out it had been wrecked but they never said anything. Got rid of the vehicle after a number of problems presented themselves. I sold this vehicle more than 5 years ago, yet every year cocoa Hyundai contacts me asking to buy the vehicle off me. I have tried multiple times to get them to stop contacting me as I no longer have the vehicle. THEY DON'T LISTEN or are too stupid to understand.

Stopped in to look at Palisade and were between that and a Sienna. Tyler helped us out, was super knowledgeable and helpful, showed us the car, gave us some very fair upfront numbers. In the end we went with Sienna cYss we just felt had a bit more room, but the tech in Palisade is hard to deny. Definitely would stop here for any Hyundai needs.

I broke down 180 miles from my home.I had my 65lb pitbull with me. I was trying to go to nc In a Hyundai with 54500 miles.I was meeting my friend at the next exit, which are very spread out up there.My gps told me get off here, but, I knew, get off the next exit.Well, when I tried to accelerate and move over, the car choked!!It hesitated and and suddenly the engine light started flashing.I agreed, time to leave.I wasn’t over heating, the car seemed fine, as long as I didn’t accelerate.At idle the car sounded fine.I followed my lunch companion to Hyundai.20 miles. As long as I didn’t accelerate all was good.I was believing it was a sensor, or clogged injector.Got a hotel room.The next day, I was informed my engine is done.2 weeks for repairs!!I was heading for NC to be with my 90 year old father!!I was willing to do whatever to be thereI almost traded my car in for a car I wouldn’t like.I called the sales manager, and a salesperson.I’m so glad I did not!! I had a deal, so glad I thought this over.I have a warranty, the car is very nice, tires are a 100%The seat’s definitely not as comfy, no navigation, I tried too many times to link my phone, I was traveling with my dog.I could not leave the car running with air, go to the bathroom, and know my dog and running car were safe. I had to roll down the windows.I drove down the highway and the only way I could see my speed was to distract myself. Focus on the speedometer.Made me so glad I said no,I would luv an suv, but, every car I asked for cocoa, told me was unavailableThey are linked to coastal. I believe, they saw a woman in distress, they thought , they had a lay down. Guess what, not!’Service was to this point very acceptable.I have their brand new car.I believe they will be ok. I just want to get my baby home, and guess what, I wouldn’t trade her in!!Not with this sales crew.Nothing against anyone, but, the fact every car I wanted was unavailable, the car you decided to run was thousands more than I was looking for.Thank you!!!!Thank you for your time.Not happening. , Thank you, I’ve re thought this decccionThank you Mark, for please get my car home!!Service, has been great!!I will take her to my dealership that ALWAYS looks out for me!!

We ended up with a minivan at Kia (sliding doors won us over) but I wanted to write a review about our salesman, Jason. He was REALLY nice and down to earth. He answered questions our kids asked and even used their names which many people don't take a point to learn. He also knew a lot of features on the vehicle that I didn't so it was nice to learn a few things on the test drive. I really wanted to purchase from him, but a van made more sense for us and they don't sell them. But next car I'll be sure to stop in and see JASON!!! (edit- I meant Jason, not Justin! lol)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for my new lease vehicle at Cocoa Hyundai . Our salesmen Jason and Patrick went above and beyond in providing extraordinary customer service to my son and myself . We enjoyed our time spent with Kevin also who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable until Jason and Patrick were free . The finance team and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly professional and kind !I have been a loyal Cocoa Hyundai customer for 20 years and will remain so . I am so grateful for another wonderful experience as a customer at Cocoa Hyundai.

My Ford Ranger a/c compressor exploded internally which contaminated the entire system. The service manager Kevin S. went far above expectations explaining how the service technician went above and beyond cleaning and flushing out the entire a/c system to remove all the metal particles from the exploded compressor. My truck was ready the next day and is now keeping me calm and cool. Plus, the girls were so friendly and helpful when checking out at the cashier. Plus, they provide great Latte, Capacino and snacks in the service waiting area. Many thanks to Cocoa Hyundai for the outstanding service.

Well you’ll be treated like royalty until you sign on the line & purchase. Real shame thought they were nice people. They said if you have questions come by, call or text. We got no replies on How To? Then reluctant response when went to the second sales person we worked with. They misrepresented that iPhone works on digital key for Sonata. Call to customer satisfaction rep got no reply. So if you’re looking for a slam bam by all means go there. We love the car.

My DREAM TEAM!! From the welcome team outside to the reception inside then the best service advisor anyone can have CAM, then on to the sales Manny, then on to the finance team (forgive me I forgot their names?) . Awesome! I drive an extra 30 minutes because Melbourne Coastal is horrible. Thank you COCOA HYUNDAI DREAM TEAM!!!!

Great service department we were from out of town. Our cruise control switch broke on our car . We drove up they took care of us with hardly any waiting . The folks there treated us like we were Famley. They rated for the number one service department in south it shows. . Thanks Cocoa Hyundai for your help . Mark / Karen

Zero stars. If you are a woman DO NOT come to this business with out a man or you will be taken advantage of in services you don’t need and a service member named mark is the worst at doing it. The manager is on his side. No thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere. I have taken my car to get the seat and steering wheel re done and they shorted the horn. Then I take it in for wireless charger not working (but it was working fine before the horn was fryed they blamed it on the update but the maps are not updated so what is going on. Also is funny how they send you a survey to fill out and also send you a copy and what would be the best answer to put down.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to drop off car and gat a loaner. Drove 35 minutes. Got there and was assigned courtney. Horrible disgusting attitude. Says no car available. She was rude, smart *ss. More concerned about eating than working. Drive to Orlando. Skip this hole
