Walmart Supercenter is a popular shopping destination that offers a clean and organized environment, making shopping easier and more pleasant for customers. Many reviewers appreciate the overall customer service, noting that the staff are friendly and helpful when approached. However, some customers feel that the service could be improved by having more employees who genuinely care, are nice, and willing to assist rather than avoid questions or seem bothered. Parking is generally adequate, and customers have even used the parking lot for activities like cooking a meal, with no issues or disturbances. While most experiences are positive, there are also concerns about rude behavior from some shoppers, emphasizing the need for kindness and consideration in shared spaces. One reviewer shared a negative experience at a different Walmart location, describing assault and humiliation over a mispriced item, which highlights the importance of professional conduct among staff. Online shopping for curbside pickup has been frustrating for some, citing confusing apps and multiple charges, indicating a need for better technology. Despite these issues, Walmart remains a cheaper option compared to competitors like Publix, though the hassle sometimes outweighs the savings, leading some customers to prefer paying more for better service. Overall, Walmart Supercenter provides a decent shopping experience, with room for improvement in staff attitude, customer treatment, and technology.
Come on....it walmart so 3/5 stars....want 4 stars? Have employees out to ask for help...want 5 stars, hire employees who give a damn and are nice and helpful not ones who actively try to avoid customers or looked bothered you asked for help
