I’d never finance with them again. Just bought another car and financed it through them. I call to make a payment told me I can’t make a payment over the phone I have to go to the branch. I get to the branch they aren’t open until 10pm? What bank opens at those hours. I call them so now we are on day 3 of trying to make a payment. The guy on the phone tells me i don’t know why they told you that. So they wasted my time and money running me in circles, because they can’t train their staff properly and because they create their own hours. Lost all my future business.

Every call, every lobby visit or drive thru, every employee is pleasant and professional.Lately, I have called with a question and reached Coco and Lisa. Both ladies have a voice that you can hear a smile in them. Both answered my questions and thoroughly explained a few programs they offer to membership.I have been a member of CCU for 30+ years and I have not had any problems, just exceptional support.In the past I have had accounts at Space Coast and KSC Credit Union. I had issues with both institutions and closed my accounts.

I've been a member of this credit union since I was in highschool and I've had nothing but good experiences with them, both through their policy and their amazing customer service. I had some financial problems due to the pandemic and Deidre (sorry if I spelt it wrong!), who is incredibly nice and professional, told me about qcash, their instant loan system. It really saved me and I'm happy I was told about it. Anyone else who is having problems should consider it, especially if you have not so good credit. No credit checks or application fees, the money is added within an hour of applying. I am very happy with both this branch and CCU as a whole. I will be giving them my business for as long as possible.

Absolutely love my bank! The bonuses are just an added bonus! Great rates for earning interest and low rates for loans. Awesome savings plans. Helpful staff. Great online services as well. Amazing member benefits! The referral bonus is a nice extra $100 for both of us; if you are considering CCU then for sure choose them and you can have me be your referral and earn us both that welcome bonus!

Amazing supporters of their local area. Always giving back and have great rates. Used them for my boat and car. No one could touch them and I also bank with USSA. So that says a lot!

I initially opened my business account with community credit Union in 2012. What started out as a wonderful relationship and all of my business needs has turned into a complete nightmare. This bank has treated me as if I'm not a member of their community! You can never speak to a manager directly when you called. All of their calls or processed through a call center which leave messages for callbacks. But you never get a callback. I've had to move my business to mobile services that are no longer located within the county. I've been locked out of my account since January no online access and when I call into the 800 number it doesn't even recognize any of my information. If an overdraft occurs in our taken care of immediately then how does a person become completely locked out of your account in definitely? This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard and when you ask questions the customer care person can't answer them for you and must re-directed the question to another person who will have to follow up with you on an answer?As of as of today I plan to close this account and never deal with this bank again. Please do your research read your reviews and talk to other people this is not a bank that will treat you right long-term. They'll say what they need to say I plan to close this account and never deal with this bank again.
