8:25 Tuesday night the nasty checkout girl needs to adjust her attitude! Young girl doesn't like helping people and doesn't have patience to wait for a response from customers. I dont care if your shift might be ending in 10 minutes or if you just came in, treat customers with kindness.

Stopped to get gas and to allow my special needs child to use the restroom. Was confronted by the male cashier while walking out about why my child was using the restroom. Totally unacceptable. Why would ANY parent allow their child to use the restroom alone

Can Cumberland update their system to not screw over their customers? I buy TWO king size candies which are on sale BUY ONE GET ONE FOR 1$. I then bought a THIRD king size candy that is MARKED 50% off. We try to conduct the transaction and it keeps taking the $1 discount off the ALREADY DISCOUNTED candy bar. I get charged for TWO FULL PRICE KING SIZE CANDY BARS while the king size candy bar that is 50% off gets discounted only an additional .64 cents. I end up paying TWO DOLLARS more than I should have. Why have deals or discounts if they don't work at the register?????

Usually have a pretty normal experience here. Last visit, out of 5 employees at the counter and me standing there, no one seemed to want to assist or even tell me to hold for a moment. It was just sort of rude. I just put my stuff back and left.

The new SmartRewards app is an absolute pile of Crap. Pull up to the pump, wait 2 MIN. For the app to find what pump your at. Go to cashier to redeem an offer app freezes or just gives you the spinning wheel. Cancel offer, drive away and app activates the offer you cancelled. ABSOLUTELY A PILE OF CRAP APP. Cumberland is working really hard to lose my business.

Every time I come to this location after work, they are closed.... some supposed 24 hr facility. It's almost every single night. You get a scribbled on piece of paper saying closed. What a joke. The only place that is open at this time of night and you can't count on them.

Nice and clean place. As we were transported, we stopped by to grab some stuff and used the restrooms. They have almost all items you need for groceries. Staff on the cashier was so friendly and supportive. Highly recommended and will pass by again ????

Half the freezer are empty. All .machines are not working I understand maybe one but 6 of them wrong prices on items surprise bathroom had toilet paper

They always have their sales signs that are in the coolers in front of the wrong items. You don’t find out until you bring your items up to the register. It’s happened to me at least 3 times. I believe that’s false advertising or it’s being done so that you buy the more expensive items. It should be taken care of by management. They do have two women workers in the early morning hours that are very good.
