I used this pharmacy 10+ years ago and they were not good at filling scripts then and not much has changed. The words customer service are not in the pharmacy's vocabulary. The people that answer the phone are bothered having to do it. They are nasty and condescending when you question them. I am now forced to use CVS for scripts by my insurance plan. I made 2 calls to them today to transfer scripts and make sure they fill the one I needed. All I got was attitude and no answers. They could not tell me if the scripts will show up in the poor coded app they have. And it appears they have to order, or are short, of every med they dispense. I'm sure they will screw up my script. But what would you expect from the lowest bidder for a script contract.

If you go for a rapid COVID-19 test MAKE SURE THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING BEFORE YOU SWAB! I made an appointment for a 15 minute rapid COVID-19 test at CVS, gave them all my info, followed their protocol. I went to the drive through at my appointed time, followed instructions from lady, and was told I would get results emailed in 2-5 days. What???? I specifically made an appointment because their website promised 15 minute results. She gave me a lame answer of "we ran out of the quick swab tests, so you have to do this." She should have told me BEFORE I did the swab test. I would have gone elsewhere, but I don't want to be counted twice, so I'm stuck waiting in quarantine for several days until I get results. Ugggh! CVS failed me.

They literally take hours to fill a prescription, while they let their favorites just wait for their medication. I hate hate hate this pharmacy, but my insurance only lets me go to CVS pharmacy

I'm new to the area and chose this location out of convenience. While the employees are nice, this CVS has recurrent issues with not filling prescriptions in a timely manner and/or not having medications in stock. My most recent issue was the following: I dropped off two prescriptions around 2PM on a Thursday and was asked what time I wanted to pick them up. I said 5ish and was told that would be fine. I came at 4:50PM and was told it would be another half hour. I came back on Friday at 4:45PM and was told one medication would be ready in a few minutes. Not the end of the world but I've had plenty of pharmacies that had no issues with having medications when promised and keeping common medications in stock.

I am very happy with this pharmacy, however, I think it's a policy of CVS, not this store only, to push and push refills. I do think the website to order, check and archive could be a tad better but it's usable. My scripts are filled very quickly.

I always use CVS for prescriptions. This store is the worst. They always take 5-8 hours to fill scripts and always have issues pulling up the correct in info. I would rather drive all the way to M.I. then deal with the people in this pharmacy.
