If I could give this place a negative star, or even two, I would...What I found disappointing about this place was, for a chain, how understaffed it was, particularly the pharmacy - and on a weekend, no less. How is this even possible? The folks in the pharmacy were doing their best to keep up, but only two working simply was not enough. No fault of the pharmacy workers, total blame goes to how this place is managed. I think I'll go elsewhere in town and give them some time to resolve their issues...

Three strikes and you're out! Strike 1: I made an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. After finally getting checked in, I then waited 30 more minutes before I finally walked out. Strike 2: My son was supposed yo have a prescription sent from urgent care. They said it would probably be two hours before they could fill it and they would call when it was ready. We never got a phone call. Strike 3: I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes last night to get my meds. After the car in front of me drove off, it took 10 minutes before the tech even asked what I wanted! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Called pharmacy multiple times … can’t talk to a person live the automated system won’t connect you. See why this CVS is so poorly rated. Guess I’ll call Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy ever. Your techs are rude and nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve been here two times today to try and pick up my prescriptions. I first called in the morning and was told to come in the afternoon to pick up the prescriptions after they get back from lunch (which was around 2:00 pm). I show up at 3:00 PM and they tell me the prescriptions won’t be ready for another hour. Whatever, ok. I come back at 5:30 PM and now I’m being told that everything is out of stock and they don’t know when they’re getting it? But don’t worry, I can call the other pharmacies to see if anyone has it in stock and then they can “fax the request” but they can’t even tell me when it looks like the prescriptions will be available? Ridiculous and a complete waste of my day.

Three of your employees were huddle up in a gap session while eating on the floor and not acknowledging customer coming in nor helping ring customers up. (I know.. because, I was one of them not being acknowledged) A lady was standing waiting for the gap session to end, I told the customer (as I was ringing my own items) she'd probably have a better chance ringing her own items due to the three ladies having a fun time in the gap session.Maybe your employees need more training on Customer Service.This is not meant to be a bad survey it was just my experience.

Awful pharmacy with a terrible obese lady with no people skills, treated poorly, taking over 4 days to fill prescription, I wish winn Dixie didn't close, now have to deal with heartless lady who obviously shouldn't be around people, CVS shame on you

My grandson was pretty sick and it took this CVS until the next day to fill my grandson's prescriptions and yet they did have all of the medications in stock but they said they were short staff, My wife complained and told them that is unacceptable and after a third visit was able to pick up the prescriptions. If you have to use CVS try another location and not this one.

After the local Winn Dixie pharmacy closed, we were transferred to this CVs. It’s kind of a local giggle that this cvs is questionable so we were already on the fence about CVs becoming the pharmacy we use. And we of course ran into deal breakers.First the pharmacy phone line for cvs pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever called. After 30 minutes begging a robot to speak with a real person, we hung up. We then called Publix, gave them this short story, and were told that cvs pharmacy has a BIG problem with ethics and not answering their phones even for other pharmacies.We then called the front of the cvs store to ask to speak to a real pharmacist. After being on hold with the pharmacy for quite some time the pharmacist or operator asked us to hold, we could still hear her, she was complaining about answering the phones and how heavy it was. Very unpleasant and unprofessional of her. She then told us that it should be ready by the end of the day. I almost bet this isn’t the end of our problems today. We will be switching to publix due to the ethics problem at this CVs.My mother was a pharmacist for many years and I can tell you, These pharmacists need to realize that they are taking care of sick people and people in pain. These pharmacists need to be told their behavior is disgusting.

How can you not fill a SIMPLE PRESCRIPTION. The worst CVS pharmacy ever. Some people depend on their medication and you can't fill it in time even though they give you the slip days prior?? And when they check their med status online IT'S NOT IN STOCK BUT IT WAS READY 3 DAYS AGO. How does this make sense? Horrible. If I could give you negative stars, I would.

This CVS Pharmacy is awful I've been waiting since 10:45 am for 3 prescriptions to be filled (called in by medical office). it's 4:04 pm & CVS claims technical issues and is unable to fill scripts!!!!!!! i asked medical office to recall scripts from CVS & send to Walgreens. you gotta be kidding me right? These meds were needed hours ago!
