This is the worst dealership in Florida got a car they said they would fix the ac 1 month later they said it was too expensive for them on top of car being taken to them 3 different times to get fix because they pretend to help got the car back same exact issues so I started working on car myself they said they would reimburse me half on work then they said it comes off on the back of bill never happened was a couple days late because it cost 1500$ to fix brake system they repo the car 2000$ down payment gone 400$ first payment gone 1500$ for parts and labor on their car gone they are scammers don't come here I only had the car a month and a half

Would Give 0 Stars, But I Acknowledge They Did Try To Help Me Out At First. I Purchased a Chevy Cruze Back In December. Days After The Purchase The Car Was Having Thermostat Issues & High Oil Pressure. It’s Been In & Out of The Shop Non Stop Since Having The Car On Top of Making Payments. Every Time I’d Get The Car Back From Them It Still Had The Same Issues That Were Supposed To Be Fixed. All In All 8 Months Later On My Way Home From Work, The Engine Blew On 95. I Called & Told Them What Happened They Didn’t Care At All or Nor Tried To Help Further Since It’s Been Past 30 Days of The Purchase. Basically It Was In My Hands Now At The Point & I’d Have To Come Up With a Down Payment Towards Another Car With Them. They Use Gods Image For a Front. They Knew They Sold Me a Lemon. Now It’s Held a Junkyard For Scraps. Have True Discernment & Just Let Them Be.

I looked at a lot of other places before coming here, and Frank was the first person to give me a great deal, he was totally honest about the car, and he broke down the numbers right in front of me so I could understand what I was paying for. He also let me look at 8 or 9 different cars and never got upset or acted like I was wasting his time. He sold me a very good used car with plenty of space for a car seat to put my Niece on, send traffic his way!

I personally love the staff at the office, Tom, Dawn etc. they are amazing and helped me with a reliable car. Unfortunately the owner could’ve had a better attitude or even just been nicer. He basically told me to get the f** on when I was trying to explain to him the issues with the car. Thankfully I was released without anymore headaches but the owner Hank definitely could take a lesson on customer service. But the staff there really are sweethearts and I loved every interaction with them.

These people are bad business! They sold me a car that had issues I had my car for 2 weeks and it broke down on me on the highway then it was to much for me to fix plus I had to pay Easy credit 425 a month on top of that. I gave them people my last for my car. Don't go to them Bad business!!!!!!

I want to thank Frank and easy credit auto sales and the insurance group they work with they helped us out when we were in a pinch had other dealerships turn us down but Frank worked with what we had and got us in a great dodge 2009 journey.

Tom was great helping me pick out what vehicle suited me Frank was very understanding and got me in and out of there within an hour and I drove home in my new car quick easy financing couldn't ask for more family-owned business they've been around for a long time and you can tell

They will take your car if you are 31 days late after advocating that you need a car and they will help you out in the future with payments. They will not give you any courtesy calls, they will not even warn you to get your childs seat from the car. They will just come “repo” it with no warning. This is all after the car stopped on the side of the road 10 days after getting it. Please stay away from this dealership.

I just got a car from here, and these are the most nicest people you will meet. They are very honest with you and have really nice cars at a good price, and they will work with you! They have excellent customer service and always have smiles when talking to you. They will help you with with anything, they even help you get your insurance and tags all set up!! I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking for used cars even if you have poor to no credit. I just got my car about a week ago and it's amazing. They have a very good mechanic that knows what he's talking about too. Definitely check this place out!

These guys are the only ones I trust to get a car from, Frank I been dealing with for years and he is great. No really , I went there in my early 20s to now 30s and I used to be not very reliable but they do work with you if you work with them, just communicate. The owner is very nice as well . They are very understanding to Anyone’s situation and they are very good decent human beings. The cars I have gotten have been extremely reliable and I know I’m not going to get a Lemon. I even told Frank today I don’t need to test drive to start the paperwork and of coarse he insisted I drive it so I did but that’s how much I trust them, the entire team. They are a family ! Anyway 10 stars if I could lol

Bought a 07" Cadillac DTS for only $1000.00. The people there are very friendly and Frank was helpful when it came to getting insurance availability on this car. I also liked that when buying a car they do everything for you as in getting it legal before you leave there lot, there's no making time to go to DMV involved.
