How amazing is Steve-O FedEx Ground Driver?!! Steve-O didn’t have to own up to this, let alone apologize or replace the soccer ball…especially when I was the one responsible for leaving a ball in the middle of the driveway he needed to use to deliver my stuff. I know it seems small to some people, but I believe deeds like this should be praised. I understand how busy and likely short-staffed drivers are, but he took the time anyway. Thank you, STEVE-O!!!! You made my little boy so happy.

Delivery of package requiring a signature was scheduled, according to a FedEx email I received, was supposed to be delivered Friday July 14th, it never happened. Then Saturday July 15th. Never happened. I called and spoke to them at this location and now they will deliver it on Monday. I’m not very happy with this situation. They need to get their act together!!

The employee was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a lot of computer components to ship and she processed the packages quickly and efficiently. Will use this location again.

Always an issue when I recieve packages that come from this warehouse. Not once have I had a successful delivery where it was delivered to my door. Always having to go look for my package thoughoutmy development. There customer service rep always lies and have to wait 90 days

If I could give negative stars I would. Our packages are always being delivered to the next street over. After having a large package delivered that weighed over 80lbs to the street over we called and asked for the driver to go back and pick it up and bring it to our correct address. That afternoon we were told it would be 4 days before the driver could do that. 4 DAYS FOR THIS PACKAGE TO SIT ON SOMEONE ELSES FRONT PORCH BECAUSE YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. I called and spoke with a customer service manager and explained this happens every single time. He said it would be corrected. I have since had 3 more packages delivered to the street over. Why do I pay all this money to have a package shipped just to have to finish working a 9 hour day to come home and have to track down my package and do your job for you?! After the most recent incorrect delivery I attempted to call again. The customer service representative put me on hold for another 15 minutes before I hung up. The whole point of delivery is for convenience. It’s hardly convenient when I have to work over 40 hours a week and then come home to deal with this. If it was any one of these FedEx employees house constantly having packages for someone else delivered to their house or constantly having their packages delivered to someone else’s house I’m sure they’d fix the problem real quick. But since it doesn’t effect them they continue to allow their driver to deliver packages wherever he feels like. Absolutely awful

Delivered 3 of my 4 tires without even knocking on my door to acknowledge me they were in my steps right in the only walk way. Thank God there wasn't a fire or anything serious

Greatly appreciated the "above and beyond" help of Jackie Williams, shipping coordinator. There was a holdup with our delivery, but Jackie found a way to make it happen, and she stayed in touch with us every step of the way.
