Bought tires last year and after 20000 miles the tread was down to 2/32. They denied any warranty claim as I missed one tire rotation interval. Half the life of the tire evaporated and they point to one tire rotation service as the cause? Bad product they don’t stand behind.

Bought tires last year and after 20000 miles they were had wore down to 2/32. I had documentation that tire rotations were done with one missed interval and they denied a claim on the warranty. They do not stand by their product. One rotation not done will not cause half the life of the tire to evaporate. Bad products sold.
