About Historic Cocoa Village Association
Historic Cocoa Village Association is a great place on the West side of the river, a real jewel and a must-see. It is a place you can spend all day with lots of unique stores to browse and great restaurants. It is very well kept and easy to find. There are fun activities for all ages, including a fantastic youth program and shows that never disappoint at the playhouse. Visitors can find take-home paint projects and also candles. Parking is generally easy, though it can be scarce during street festivals. The area is considered a privilege and a part of local history still thriving.

10 out of 10! so much fun easy and great for all ages our host was amazing and she was so nice and happy to have us all there painting and it was so much fun easy to find and easy parking, reasonable prices and there are take-home paint projects and also candles too!

We absolutely enjoyed this little town. We loved it so much we are considering moving there.
