Terrible terrible do not use this company. You would think they stand by their words of dedication to not pay if they make mistakes.I filed my business and personal on time and they filed. My taxes late to IRS. And not went through 4 people they either quit or fl refused to address the penalty of filing late them selves . No responsibility for their mistakes . Now I'm stuck paying late fees and fine.This is not going to end. I will see them in court.Stay away from port St John and Titusville office. They lie and run you around

Kristina is highly knowledge and very professional! She was there to ease all my fears and answer all my questions, and I had many of both! My situation was a bit complicated, but she made it easy like Sunday morning! She worked hard to get me the best return possible, and I am VERY satisfied with my results. Everyone that I know that has been to this particular one has had all kinds of problems with their tax returns and all they tell people is " Well you have to take that up with the IRS". Well people paid extra for this company to help incase something happens with the IRS and now they telling people that they have to call the IRS themselves, when the customers have the letters that the IRS sent them. I gave Dagmar all my paperwork and came back a few days later and it was ready for my signature and submission to the IRS. I got a $800 refund. I already have an appointment for next year with Dagmar.
