June went above and beyond with making sure I was able to understand everything that was going on. But most of all she puts her heart into her customers and making them satisfied.

I have a friend who lives in Titusville and he used h&r block over on garden Street to do his taxes well something happened to his h&r block account card so he had to call and get a new one and what h&r block should have done was to cancel the card or you know freeze the account or whatever they have to do until the new car comes or protect the account in some way they left him vulnerable someone found that card they never canceled it out and they spent all of his taxes now he has to go through paperwork and this and that even though it's not his fault I think they should be careful on how they treat their customers on things like that because a person stole his whole account and they did not block that card that was lost
