Josh picked up the phone on the first ring.
I was in a pinch and unsure of driving 7.5hrs to go check out a truck. He agreed gladly to put me on the schedule and go inspect the vehicle before I took the drive. Josh is well versed in communication, mechanical skills, professionalism and customer service.
I HIGHLY recommend him.

I contacted Josh's Mobile Mechanic on Tuesday, October 08, 2024. He informed that he a lot of work that day, and that as soon as hurricane Milton had passed, he would be reaching out to me. On Friday, October 11, 2024, he came to my residence and replaced my alternator as well as the serpentine belt. My car is running like new again. Josh thank you so much for the amazing service and the great price for the labor.

My husband and I love to support family owned businesses. Thoroughly searched for mobile mechanics in our area and came across Josh. Mixed reviews but majority were favorable so we gave him a try. Own a 2012 Nissan Sentra that began overheating. He informed me he charges $85 for diagnostic which was no problem. My brother had already taken a look at the car and informed me it was most likely my Thermostat, thermostat housing, and possible radiator flush which I relayed to Josh but wanted a second opinion to be sure. First diagnostic appointment canceled due to weather (it never rained) but that was fine. He came out the next day. He looked at the car less than 10 minutes, informed my husband what was suspected was the problem and requested the $85 for the hour. I inquired if he could perform work that day and he declined since he had an appointment scheduled directly after ours and did not want to overlap. I paid for the full hour (reluctantly), inquired what parts were needed so he could complete the work, and scheduled a maintenance appointment. A discount was provided since he charged for a full hour but did not give us a true diagnosis evaluation of the vehicle. I purchased the parts and he came back 3 days later to service the vehicle. After evaluation, a heater hose was also needed which was no problem. We ran out, retrieved the part and brought it back. Josh installed all the new parts and the car was still not operating properly. There was still a leak detected by him. He determined the large thermostat housing in its entirety needed to be replaced. Of course I am frustrated because I feel if he had evaluated the vehicle more, actually gave the vehicle a thorough inspection during the hour we paid for, we could have ordered all parts at once and the job been completed during one visit. I still paid him the requested amount, gave a small tip because time went over what was anticipated, and Josh informed us once the part came in he would come out to complete the job that has been paid for. We received the part, reached out to him this morning, and now his schedule is completely full. This has been in going on for 9 days. I paid for a rental for a week which should have been more than adequate time for this repair but here we are 9 days later with no working vehicle, and a mechanic whom we have paid to come to our home TWICE with no results.
I will update when/if makes it back out to complete the repair but for now I would caution you to look elsewhere.

Had him come out because my van wouldn't keep running. After he replaced my starter (wasnt having any problem with my starter either!) and mass air flow sensor it still was not wanting to run. Had another mechanic check it out and he immediately knew what was wrong...it had 2 fuel injectors stuck open and a $16 fuel pressure regulator was bad. It's running great now! I didn't need a starter or mass air flow sensor! I will never use this company again! It was a big mistake even having them come out. I'm out $432 in parts my van did not need and my van was definitely misdiagnosed! Senior citizens desperate...beware!!

My mother met him in the apartment parking lot and was very impressed at how polite and professional Josh was
