Fantastic customer service. Had a pin break on a rifle and called in to order a replacement. **************** reached out to the techs and told me they would be sending one out free of charge. Only took a few days and now its good as new. I'll have no reservations about reaching out to them should anything else happen in the future, not that I expect anything. **************, innovative ideas, and great service. Look forward to purchasing more Kel-Tec products in the future.

Got a squib on my p17 and the folks at Keltec were great. They paid postage to ship it to them. Only 3wks from sending I got it back. They replaced almost everything. I've ran about 200 rds thru it now and it runs better than ever.

Best customer service and willing to help at all times, went back and forth with emails because I was kinda clueless on how to ship firearm to them. Lynne Briggs was very informational. Fast shipping only because I lived a hour away from There location. But overall I have received my fire arm back they have replaced my bolt carrier since I noticed that my ejector was missing I have yet to fire the weapon but over all customer experience was very well received on my end !

Bought a RBD-C and I'm disappointed. The cheek rest heated up like crazy after only 15 rounds my first time shooting it. The mag well is hard to load with the stock CA magazine. The butt stock pad and charging handle are flimsy. Ordered a m-lock hand guard and angled m-lok grip and it didn't match the pictures on the website. Once you remove the old hand guard you must buy two other parts to make the sling work. I won't be buying from kel-tec again.

Over time I've purchased five Kel-Tec firearms - being attracted by the low price, light weight and small sizes. Four of the five have had reliability/performance issues out of the box. Sent one back to factory for warrenty - after getting it back, in my opinion it is still not something I can rely on for safety.

The customer service here is amazing. The two girls that work at the front desk are the best Customer service people i've ever dealt with. The person who fixed my weapon was very polite and explained everything he did and asked if I had any more questions. This was all done while I waited a half hour before they closed. No one has better customer service than KELTEC. I will recommend everyone I know to buyKELTEC guns in the future.

Took my Kel Tec 380 into the Cocoa customer service department due to jamming issues. The girls at the counter were incredible and very helpful. My gun was repaired the same day. Best customer service ever. THANKS
