I have been coming to this LA Tan for years and it has never looked better. Hats off to Shayann and her staff. She has not only remodeled but it is so clean! Not that it was ever dirty or looked bad - just the opposite but the place is immaculate now.Thank you Shayann and staff for always being so pleasant and working so hard.

If I could give Zero stars I would. They completely rip you off. They talk you into a package, then tell you that you can only go half time because it's new bulbs, For real every time I come you have new bulbs?? The girls that work here are completely ignorant. I came in and went to use bed 6 the 2nd girl working the blonde one, ran in and tanned while on shift making me late for an appointment. They talk to all customers like they are above us.

$53 for 5 minutes in a dirty salon. Crazy. Didn't realize i was paying $25 for 2 oz pack of lotion and not to mention the half time restriction due to it being my first time. Not the easy self care experience i was looking forward to. Left feeling played lol bummer

Walk in and the girl asks for my last name. No hello or welcome . I ask about using a tanning bed, she says I wont see any results from one tan, then tells me if its my first time she'll have to put me in for HALF time (and surely charge me for full time) what an unpleasant experience. I live locally and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I usually have a good experience Herr but the last couple of time it has not been that good. Guess the are redoing the place took out the table and chair so you have no place to put your stuff. So your clothes sit on the dirty floor. And if you need the sticker that go over your eyes you have to pay fir them??? ReallyService: Tanning

I forgot to mention that I had recently had to replace my debit card due to an unauthorized charge against it. That is why the 3/17 payment didn’t clear for the package. All anyone would have needed to do was contact me so that I was aware and could provide new card number

Stop with the new employees that are not properly trained and left there to run the facility alone! I’ve had a membership for over a year or close to it. In the beginning the employees were great and knowledgeable and things were run properly. The last half dozen times I’ve been there , there has been someone new. that isn’t the issue. However, the new people not being trained and courteous to the customers is a HUGE issue! the last time I came to spray tan. I was in the room and undressed ready to tan and when I pushed the start bottom the machine said it was out of fluid! Ok…you’d think that’s a simple fix right? Not the case…. Had to get all dressed again for the girl to come in and work on the machine. She appeared to have no clue what to do and ended up having to call someone on the phone and walk her through the procedure. I had just gotten off of work and figured this was going to be a quick ten minute stop on my way home to get dinner and household tasks done. so….over thirty minutes later…she’s still be walked through the process on the phone by Manager Or owner and by this time we are back out front in the waiting room with other customers waiting to be serviced….the employee says…oh you can’t tan until you’ve paid your past due balance!! Mind you I’ve had this automatically withdrawn from my bank account for the past year. I had no clue the payment failed to process on the 17th as no one had notified me if this. Instead she chooses to say I owe them funds I haven’t paid in front of a room of customers and making it appear that it was intentional. long story short I left and requested to be contacted by the owner so I could discuss the incident as well as the fact that every time I have been there for the last half dozen times it’s been a new face behind the counter that appears to have no clue what they are doing and usually ends up making a call for directions in my hast I left an expensive necklace there that they said they’d hold for me but when I call to make arrangements no one seems to know where it is and no one seems to be able to reach the owner. Which is odd because they’re able to call when they have other issues like not knowing how to operate the machines . I’d say…beware. Use to be a decent place but has clearly gone down hill due to staffing issues. Maybe the owner needs to be on site more
