Salesperson Gabe was amazing, patient and instructive. What an awesome La-Z-Boy employee! Honestly not seeing his kind of service these days. Salesperson Roxy closed the deal with a special presentation and education on their products. Thinking of furnishing the whole house because of her. I highly recommend this location.

My recent purchase of a recliner/rocker was a very satisfactory
experience. I was shown a large inventory of recliners in both fabric or leather, manual or electric and in a variety of widths and heights. Our salesperson, Taylor, carefully listened to my needs and provided me with the exact chair that I wanted. I was able to get the Black Friday discount early along with several other perks. Since it is a custom order, I will need to wait from 4 to 6 weeks for the chair to be made and delivered. I would recommend this store and this line of furniture to others. Call ahead for an appointment for the fastest service.

My husband & I 1st came in about a week ago. And visited with Roxanne. Asking questions concerning the recliners. We came late so couldn't stay long. But she gave us alot of info. & knew her job well.
When we came back again on 9/14/ Gab helped us. He was patient with us & took his time. Which I appreciated. With his knowledge I think we made an informative decision. And was able to make a great choose for us. Thank you, Gab.

A shout out to our sales associate, Chris Hill at the Cocoa, FL store location. We wanted to replace our 20-year old recliners and Chris helped find us each a power recliner that fit our requirements, size, style and budget. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly making for an easy and enjoyable experience. I also want to acknowledge the excellence of their delivery team and process. We were informed by email and text message of the delivery date and a text update when delivery was imminent. The two gentlemen (sorry I did not get their names!) were likewise exceptional; removing our old recliners, delivering and setting up our new recliners and explaining the remote functions. Like Chris, they were courteous, efficient and friendly and helped to complete a great buying experience.

I bought a rocker recliner at La-Z-Boy paid $1100. When the chair was delivered, it looked like the same chair. I tried in store, but it was different. It did not feel the same three times. They took it and readjusted it. Finally, I brought the chair. Back to the store, put it next to the floor model and dared any sales person to tell me they were the same. They could not!
They finally readjusted it, and it felt somewhat the same. Now after five years, it’s falling apart material on the side is ripped it ripping material in back is ripping it’s a piece of junk $1100 piece of junk

Gosh darn it this was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. Mel and I walked in I looked for what I wanted she let me go at my Pace then we tried them all and on the 3rd attempt we were done. What fun I have my love seat oh wait I love my love seat and had a great time with Mel along the way. Attentive staff amazing sale and a wonderful product.
