Don't expect them to honor a 6 to 8 week special order delivery commitment. Today, after 9 weeks, I was given a possible ship date of 6 more weeks. Absolutely beyond poor service. I had to stop by the office to be let down with another 6 weeks waiting time. They couldn't even call me to give me the news. All this for one recliner. No matter the quality, I will never purchase from them again. Miserable customer service.

I have always loved Lazy Boy. However, this last set of furniture ($8000) broke the second time someone sat in it. We waited weeks for the part to come in with no communication from the service department. When we got nowhere I contacted the manager whose response was “ Good luck with that it’s not my problem. You’ll have to deal with them. “ Note he did not return my calls I had to go into the store to talk to him just to be told that.

Store website said it was open until 7:00 PM. I arrived at 5:15 PM and makeshift sign was prepared informing me the store closes at 5:00 PM M-F.

Sales associate was awesome. Friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were able to take our time and associate was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. Super accommodating.

This branch of La-Z-Boy has top notch customer service. I needed a quick delivery due to a family member's shoulder surgery. The staff bent over backwards to help me find what I needed in stock and arranged a speedy delivery. Kudos to Roxanne, Julio, and Jeff. You guys are rock stars! Thanks to your efforts, we've all been sleeping better!

We have owned La-Z-Boy rocker-recliners for years. This was our first time buying a La-z-boy couch and love seat.Nadia helped us with the furniture. She was terrific! Very knowledgeable. Unlike every other furniture person, she helped us pick the one actually fit our different sizes.The furniture we picked out was actually in stock!

I love lazy boy. We had a knowledgeable salesperson. She was pleasant and a joy to work with. We did purchase furniture and it arrived this morning. Very comfortable .

Bought an expensive set, in leather, including a couch and a double recliner. The recliner, which gets the most use, started cracking on the arms. We had purchased an extended protection plan, but it only covers "accidental" damage. Lazy Boy only warranties for the first year. "Leather" that only is warranted for a year?!? They ignored us for months before finally telling us that we had no claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP FURNITURE! Bad quality and terrible customer service. We will never shop here again.

We were really looking forward to our new Lay-Z-Boy furniture set, always wanted one. We spent 3x the amount of money for quality furniture. Sadly, this ended up being a scam (company) that has supply chain issues that is passed down to the customer. I was given furniture that was not the same on the showroom floor, after waiting a year for delivery. Customer service has never called me back after opening a formal service ticket, and told me to sell the furniture online after it cut the blood circulation to my legs when taking a nap (then told me to buy more!). We upgraded the fabric for pet protection, and that also is useless and is picking apart after couple weeks of light use. The fabric on the couches is loose with gaps. Staples are missing and a screw that holds the center console together. The sales person that sold us the couch doesn't work there anymore, and the newer manager is useless to help and only blamed others. They sent someone to our house, and he made us feel stupid and said it is a perfect couch and that is what we bought. We went back to the showroom floor (with family) and there is no doubt this couch is not anywhere close to same materials or feel. It is NOT what we bought, period. I was told to "break-in" the couch for 3-6 months and it will feel better and more normal. This is the worst purchase I have ever made for the money, and warn anyone looking to get this furniture brand to look elsewhere. You are only buying a name, not quality or customer service. I am so disappointed and never leave comments. However, I am trying to warn others to stay away and save their money. I will continue to warn others to stay away, until Lay-z-Boy takes their customer service and quality more seriously.

Awesome people awesome place did me right got me everything I needed got me what up well I didn't get a coffee table that I've been looking for that's the only reason I went for stars didn't offer but maybe they could order one for me that would have been nice or show me more pictures of some coffee tables they have that Carrie but anyway I got a recliner paid a lot more money than I wanted for it got some awesome insurance but otherwise good people if you want a lazy boy that's the place to go

Our lazy boy recliner is very comfortable But after 2 year it started to peel. The leather we thought was leather was fabric painted brown. The company know this but didn’t care I will never trust them again and you shouldn’t either.

We bought a sectional that was a floor display in November, and it's worked out great. I'd gone in, expecting we'd have to place an order and wait for 4 months, but we wanted to see different models first. This was on a Sunday afternoon, 20 minutes before closing, as the hours on the website were wrong, and yet the staff was wonderful. She asked excellent questions to help us figure out what would work best for how we live. We thought we'd have to buy a sofa and loveseat as we hadn't seen a sectional we liked on the site, and when she walked us over to the floor model - I realized it was the design I'd looked at years previous and wanted to get. Our only hesitation is that it's off-white and we have a dog, but the easy care fabric is working well, and we put slip covers over it so they can be washed. When we're home, I'm on the recliner end, and it's the first piece of furniture I've ever sat in, let alone owned, that I'm comfortable in, and my back is supported. La-Z-Boy makes a great range of furniture, so petite people like me can find something that works for me as well as my 6' 2" husband. We can both lay down on it comfortably.
