I walked in 10 min wait did bloodwork and left whole thing took 15 min total In Titusville And Lady was So Sweet And nice to me Highly Recommend . I went right after lunch First one there no problems .. I will be going there from Now On. …..AAA++++❤️

Went for blood tests at around 11AM on a Thursday. Check in was extremely easy and fast. (I received an email and a text reminder and was able to print a QR code and the check in info). Was seen almost immediately, and had name (First name and Last Initial only for privacy, nice!) appear on monitor, so it was easy to see how many were waiting and who was next.
Interior lab area was extremely neat and clean and well lit. The woman who did the blood draw was great! I often have situations where some other clinics have to resort to hot washcloths, extra hydration, or just “let’s try another spot to poke” - so I was overjoyed to get a nearly painless multi-vial blood draw with a single poke.
In and out quickly, friendly and professional staff. Excellent overall experience!

Made appointment a week before schedule and there was standing room only the Technician stated she was over booked to wait or come back next day. My appointment was at 10:45 it’s now 11:20 and not had any blood work done yet. Technician took walk in ahead of me so why bother making appointments! I made appointment to avoid any issues! Under staffed or over staffed the wait times are ridiculous!

The ladies in here were awesome! They helped identify an issue with my insurance and worked hard to correct it. They also were so great with my son- they really connected with him and put him at ease.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Came in on July/28th around 11am. Didn’t catch her name, but it was a middle-aged bigger black lady with glasses. She opened the door and called my name and immediately & very hostile like she asked me why I was there. “Why are you here?!”. Ew. But ok. There were a few people before me, and she was speaking to them and the exact same way. If you don’t like people, why would you get a job like this? If you hate being disrespected by somebody you’re meeting for the very first time, I would not recommend coming to this location. I’m reading all of these other reviews and It’s evident that this is not the first time staff has been disrespectful to customers. Something needs to be done because this is insane.

The simplest, most painless bloodwork I've ever had done! The lab tech, Olivia, was also wonderful, answered all my questions and made the whole experience a piece of cake! Highly recommend!

Olivia at this Labcorp location is amazing! The morning that I was there everything was going wrong. Her coworker was out sick, the printer wouldn’t work etc but through it all Olivia kept on smiling and was such a pleasure. Added bonus…I barely even felt the blood draw. She’s really great at her job and Labcorp is lucky to have her!

Bad people, I asked them for a container to urinate in and they refused me, I have to wait and I have 4 people before me. Very inhumane

"Beware" ⚠️ of this labcorp.The Quest lab or hospital are a better choice to get lab work done. They were turning people away Friday they didn't have the ""time or staff" how often is this happening here ?

I use to love this lab but now I hate it, I been like a month trying to do my lab came walk in few times like the used to do, now they don't do it so I did a appoimtment wait for a week ,I don't receive any notifications saying something to come or cancel, came to day and they are close, I lost like a month trying to do my lab they should close this lab and open in Rockledge.

It would have been nice to get a notice that this location is temporarily closed before I made the appointment. I made it on the 12th of March and it didn't say anything about it being closed. Nice communication.....NOT!!!!
