Multiple attempts to get my labs drawn at this location. It’s either reschedule or nobody answers the door. I lost my temper this morning, and the cowardly tack refused to serve me again. Their incompetence is impinging my health care and treatment.

While I was getting my blood drawn, a patient walks passed me with a urine sample in his hand looking to hand it over. No proper sitting area, "check in computers" are down, you cant even check in with your phone. So you have to figure out what order you are in. The tech shouldn't have to worry about that, making me give a credit card instead of running my insurance. One person team with this " huge" company. This place can rot, like the smell of the guy's urine walking passed me.

Made an appointment, showed up on time to see the office was closed due to staffing issues. Now I have to walk in elsewhere and either wait or request another drug screen since I waited days for the appointment! Awful service!

This review is for the Phlebotomy Technician only.I feel so bad for the young lady that works there. She is all alone. Works very hard and keeps the place going. She is great. As far as Labcorp's system of trying to call them, etc it is impossible.

Just so you know they take appointments first. There's only ONE phlebotomist so there's a sign that lets you know this and also states it could take awhile to be helped. I figured I would put this here for anyone who checks reviews before going to a specific place. This could be very helpful being online.

Once you get in the staffing personnel are awsome efficient and easy to get along. Problem areas are the signing in equipment and the waiting area.

I had an appointment at Courtenay Pkwy a month in advance. Having chronic kidney disease I need to be checked often. I got to my appointment and they're closed!! So the next day I fast again and get to the one on Clearlake Rd and I find they closed early!I've yet to follow up. I wrote to LabCorp but no reply. So corporate is just as inconsiderate as the workers who come in and leave at will weather you have an appointment or not.

Had appointment scheduled for 1:45 for pediatric blood work, arrived & did mobile check in. Confirmation was sent & advised to wait for a text message when technician was ready. 15 minutes go by no text received. Decided to go check to see what the hold up was only to find out they were CLOSED for the day & was “sorry” for the inconvenience & had a list of two stores who were opened for appointments. No phone call was made of store closure beforehand! How inconsiderate & inconvenient!

Kim, at the Clearlake location, was AMAZING at sticking me! Deep stick and didn’t feel a thing! She is a very fast, accurate, focused, professional!

The worst experience we have ever had. The tech made my husband who is 91 yrs old and I wait for over an hour and half until I spoke up and asked why we were being ignored.

This was my first time using Labcorp to have blood work done. I was warmly welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. Staff was supportive, caring and very professional. I did not have an appointment but was still seen the same day and it was done within a very reasonable amount of time. I found my visit to be a pleasant one and will use this Labcorp location for all my future needs. I would recommend Labcorp to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

I've always had prompt, courteous service at this location. The only glitch was this recent time, my lab order wasn't received through electronic means, so the tech had to call my doctors office to have it faxed over.
