Been having trouble transferring my phone over for almost a year now. Came into this metro to Jose who asked me what my budget was for a new phone. I told him and he went above and beyond to get me my phone and finally transfer my phone over from AT&T. If you come to this store and need real help ask for Jose. He is incredible

Went in hoping to upgrade my son's phone. I'm a teacher and a single mom, so money is tight. Jose asked what my budget was and did his best to make it happen. He was SO incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this location, and Jose!!
