One stop shopping for everything I think I'll ever need for my mobile home repairs. Friendly, efficient help. Great customer service. I live in East Orlando and this store is in Cocoa but it was worth the drive.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They even recommended home Depot or Lowe's but I had already tried those. Josh checked everything for my order three times. Making sure everything was correct before placing the order for my aluminum door. The price seemed reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this store. They have, or can order, anything you need for a mobile home, a RV or a camper. or in my case an aluminum structure.

Great service but horrible return policy, to make a purchase they take all of your information, phone number, name, etc but you must have the original receipt to make a return. I guess I've been spoiled by all the other stores that will actually look up your purchase especially if they have your information.

Josh & the girls are very helpful. This store looks great, nice, and clean, and the customer service is over the top. We have been shopping their since this store opened. The store looks so much better, and customer service since the new manager took over is a joy to shop their.

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years I'm a local mobile home re level contractor so I'm constantly doing business with mhd and kim one of the staff members there is absolutely in vital asset not only to Mobile home Depot but to me in my company as well she is always very professional very fast with response for pricing and when materials ready to be picked up very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing type of material I'm looking for . Dale is the general manager mhd supply I've talked to him a few times when I've had certain issues and he handled everything every time an absolute professional 100 percent customer satusfaction thanks Kimberly and thank Dale because of you guys mhd supply will always have my business

MHD is the place to go for your home improvement needs. They have a huge selection of products, a clean and organized show room, and one of the most friendly staffs I’ve encountered. Josh and his team were extremely helpful and referred me to the exact products I needed. Best of all, their prices are a well below other home improvement warehouses. Thanks again Josh,you have all my business.

Had some damage from the hurricane at my trailer and had Josh order some windowsfor me. They got there in a timely manor and at a very affordable rate, not to mention the team being very helpful and great attitudes I’ll definitely be back for any window needs.

Ordered doors from this place and they never called to come pick up and I forgot because I have crs and I was up there last week and the lady at the desk informed me that I had two door I never picked and so she reprinted my receipt and said she was going to order the second door and call me to come pick up once again never got a call My husband went to go pick them up today and she told him she had to have the receipt so I came in with the receipt she gave me the week prior and now she's saying I have to have the original receipt so I told her to just give me a refund I'll go somewhere else she refused to so if you're order anything do not expect a call back from this place or a refund if you forget because of memory or the fact that you are busy

Very disappointed in the manager of this store Josh.On 3/15 I paid545.68, extra 50.00 for them to go pick up windows in palm bay in which he called to see if they were there, while I was waiting.Palm Bay had these windows on March 15 , tells me he"ll have them in the beginning of the next week it would be a 50 dollar charge, he needed to have someone go get themI stopped in on the 3/20 asked if they got them , one guy said yeah I thought I picked them up . Joshes girlfriend said yeah I believe I called , let me check them Josh said no they won't be here until the following Monday and won't be unloaded until late Monday so come in on Tues the 3 /28. I thought what the hell did I get charged 50 dollars for , So I decided to call Palm Bay today 3/25 and ask if they had them and if they got picked up, we'll Thank God Palm Bay had them , so I picked them up and Chris was very friendly and credited me back my 50.00 delivery charge all Palm Bay employees were very help and friendly it took me 40 minutes to drive so I'm not sure why Josh didn't do this after finding out they had them on the 3/15 and held up our project for 10 days. Pure arrogancePalm Bay will now be my to go place for my mobile needs and business, instead of that pumice a****** Josh at the Cocoa store.The issue I have is We are 5 minutes from that store, and my husband use to work there and likes the owners , but this guy here, his attitude as well as his girlfriend has to go, not sure who he thinks he is, maybe someone needs to teach him how the customer comes first, and to leave his attitude at home. People around there are definitely fed up with him.Thanks Palm Bay we will be getting our doors and siding and cool air conditioners from you all.

Incompetent Bait and switch operation don't accept any estimate unless it is in writing i will try to complain at corporate level employees are not experience in anything related to mobile homes i will update with photos.On behalf of an elderly person on a fixed income.Response from the owner 12 hours agoHi Luis, can you please elaborate on what you got a quote for? We are a DIY mobile home supply store. We do not offer any installations or repairs. We have set prices. A lot of our products (Doors, windows. etc...) range in price depending on the size, material, and style. Unfortunately, sometimes our venders increase our prices causing us to increase the list price as well.The proof is in the pudding. The owner doesn't know that they do rescreening, Vinil and patio screens it's your business.

I live in MA. and needed a specific size sliding glass door for our home. The manager, Josh, went out of his way to locate one and did. The issue was getting it shipped from FL. to MA. He was also willing to crate it up for shipping. Unfortunately, shipping was ridiculously expensive. We decided to put in a window rather than a sliding door. Josh was extremely understanding and gave us a full refund. I will certainly deal with Josh again if we need any other mobile home parts!
