Terrible customer service I called before I drove from Orlando the person who answered sounded aggravated over the phone that I asked him questions about the car before driving more then a hour to purchase made heavy breathing sounds clearly annoyed with dealing with a customer I even asked would you like me to call back since your busy setting up the outside ignored my gesture to accommodate his obvious negative attitude when asking him to break it down because I have my own tag still very rude car may be nice but attitude needs a tune up glad I didn’t make the long ride. First impressions are everything even over the phone. Wish I had experienced the great attitude my friend told me about when sending me here

The guy acted like he had no interest in selling me a car. Zero customer service. Going there was a waste of time. I went to Bob Steele and bought my car, my experience there was waaay better and i left with a beautiful pre owned car that is still under warrenty with low miles and low payments.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have bought 4 cars from Steve and Seth and every time it was a joy!!Their cars are solid. They always last much longer than I expected and hoped for.I feel bad for the one bad review. My girlfriend and myself have both bought cars from Steve's Mr. Automotive. She bought a 2005 Chevy Cobalt and I bought a 2000 VW Jetta. They had a few cosmetic flaws, but we knew we were buying from a BUY HERE PAY HERE place and just overlooked the small stuff. She loved her car but needed a bigger vehicle so we had to trade it. I had my car for 4 years and over 80,000 miles later (200,000 miles) it finally died. I got my $2500 worth out of this car and then some. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve's Mr. Automotive. Out of the junk Peddlers in COCOA, FL. Steve's is a cut above the rest.
Oh. By the way. I am not someone who is paid to make positive reviews on sites. I've only left a review on one other place (AutoMax of Brevard) and now Mr. Automotive. Experiences at both places were like night and day, with Steve's being the BETTER of the two.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My fiancee bought a car here and within six months owning it, it has completely fallen apart. It really is like one of those horror stories you imagine when you think about used car places. First, the entire roof lining on the inside of the car just started falling down. Next, we got into the car one day and smelled something. We ended up looking in the trunk and in the spot where the spare tire sits was completely under water from a leak. He has had to have the starter replaced along with quite a few other things. The car shakes violently when you drive it. The headlights will not stay on. Even the tinting on the windows is cracking and peeling. All of this within a year of owning it. Today, the car wouldn't start at all. I decided I would try to call the store (I had already sent an email over a week ago and no one had gotten back to me) and see if there was anything they could do. He said we could bring the car by and we could pay to have it looked at. Well, the car will not start and we live in Palm Bay, Florida. That really isn't that close. The guy I spoke with seemed completely unapologetic that this car was a complete junker. Which is funny because on their website it states that "integrity is everything" (which I noticed it has now been changed to "reputation is everything"). It seems like all they have done is take a piece of p*** and polished it up real nice to sell it. Please, I beg you, do not get your car here. All of these troubles are not worth it. :(
