I rented a U-Haul and a storage unit. The guy at the front helped me so much and it was seemless n easy. It’s also locally owned which is a huge plus!!!

I have rented a few units at this site over the past 10 years. I have recently needed another one. As expected, the site manager, Vaughn, was great! He was courteous, polite, patient and helped with everything I needed.
If you need a storage unit, this is the place!

So happy to have the opportunity to thank the terrific employees at the Cocoa Mr Stor-it, especially Vaughn, for keeping me, and my life's treasures, safe and secure!
I've seen him go well out of his way to help people before, during, and after their time at Mr Stor-it.
Thank you for looking out for my Family's belongings, and making sure that all the storage unit renters are looked after while they're on property.
I'll certainly utilize this facility should extra space be needed in the future!

Mr. Stor-It air conditioned units are clean, convenient, and easy to access. Site manager, Vaughn, is super helpful. I've tried a few other storage places and Mr. Stor-It is my top choice.

Vaughan Mitchell provided excellent service. They provide a safe and clean environment to store your vehicle. I am a regular customer and I’ve never had a problem with any damage to my vehicles. I recommend this place highly without reservation.

Will and the team at the Cocoa location are amazing. I got a 10x10 unit today for an amazing straight forward price. Other companies wanted to play pricing games, but Will gave me a straight forward price that I was able to secure for two years by paying up front.

Vaughn is a very polite, smart young man, and he keeps Mr Stor really clean and everything in order. I wish we had more people like him very understanding, has a good attitude he’s always the same every time I see him. A very cheerful, Young man. And have a lot of knowledge of his job and he and seems to enjoy it. I pray his attitude is love for Peeples and his job knowledge Continue to go a long ways in life. To me, he deserve hundred stars. Vaughn is awesome and easy to work with. Got everything done in just a couple minutes and made sure all questions were answered. Place is kept clean and secured. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage

I would like to thank the employees at Mr Store It in Cocoa for their Excellent customer service! The reason I first started doing business with Mr Store It was because I had a nightmarish conflict with a Public Storage Company on Merritt Island. After finally getting all of the time consuming & very frustrating issues resolved with that company, I switched to Mr Store It in Cocoa.
What a difference! From my very first office visit to set up my new account, and also through any and all dealings I have ever had with them (including today) it is evident to me that customer service is their highest priority! They are clear, honest & trustworthy on the terms and have good air conditioned units. The Mr Store It company encourages their employees to give their customers a friendly courtesy call if their bill is due so that their customers can avoid a late fee! I have been extremely happy with Mr Store It because of their trustworthy caring employees and the ease of doing business with them! The employees I have dealt with are Vaughn, Will Jr, Max & Andy. They are definitely an asset to the Mr Store It company! I would highly recommend Mr Store It!

I know I have posted about this storage facility in the past with high reviews and great regard.
It has changed hands and sad to say it has went downhill considerably.
Let me say this I had a serious dizzy spell while I was in my unit trying to organize and I almost fell off the ladder and passed out so I lay down on the mattress and was resting. I had no water and it was hot inside the facility that's supposed to be temperature controlled. An employee took it upon himself to open my unit gate saw me lying down and just assumed that I was sleeping in my unit. Let me also say I am deaf .
So they locked me out of my unit and asked me to move out. I did try to explain I had suffered dizziness and lightheadedness while trying to organize my unit, but they didn't care about that. So I'm putting it out there I'm being honest
They have shut down the bathrooms inside and have put one porta potty outside in the back of the facility.
The inside of the building is not kept very clean consistently. Lots of dead bugs leaves dirt and debris throughout inside the facility.
It says climate control however it was 93° outside and it felt just as hot inside a couple of days that I was there inside my unit.
If this was the only storage facility available with open units only then would I recommend it. Otherwise look elsewhere for something better.

Boat storage spot and a storage unit. Mr. Stor-it staff are always very helpful and accommodating and they have extremely competitive prices, highly recommend.
