So, my mother is driving.me home and the windshield wipers snap off in the middle of a storm. We pull over, look up a spot, and O'Reilly is the nearest auto store. So, We drive in and find out from their sign that they do free wuper installation. Awesome. I go in, and i have a hard time talking to the dude. I said i only needed one, they said i had to buy in pairs. When i agreed he came back and said he only had one blade in stock... Fine, i paid for it. After that i was informed they wouldn't install the blades because it was raining... At first i thought they were joking, the mean mugs i got told me no, they were serious. The rain had stopped by the time we gave up trying to install it and we went to another place to have it done. Again, the rain stopped, but they would just still sit there and watch us struggle with the J hook blades. They are lazy, i would find another spot to give your money. Photos were taken right before we left.
