Bait and Switch
There is ad out Wheels of Fortune. Its totally misleading.
If you pull the tab and says Winner for $7500 for example.
You call the number and operator confirms you won and tells you
to come pick up the cash with ID. No check, Cash. Will take 15 mins.
No purchase or sale required. Lie. You do not win anything but a $2 lotto ticket. Horrible misleading contest and advertising.

Let me just say if I could give ZERO stars I would, I dropped my truck off on June 22, 2025 after hours and wrote two things on the drop-off slip:
1. I needed the coolant flushed, and
2. I wanted the radio inspected to see why it wasn’t working.
Not only did they not even look at the radio—they inspected my truck, decided the oil cooler was bad, and replaced it without calling me or getting authorization.
I called about two months later for an update and found out they were replacing my oil cooler. They assumed the oil cooler—which I had literally just changed myself because the previous one was busted, hence why I needed the coolant flushed—was OEM and would be covered by Ford. They told me it was on backorder, so they were waiting on parts (about a month on back order)
Another month went by, and again I had to call for an update. Not once did they take the initiative to call me—TERRIBLE communication. During that call they told me the oil cooler they replaced wasn’t OEM, so they charged me for it and the man hours on the job to replace it. The bill was $2,200. I told them respectfully I wasn’t paying $2,200 for something I had already done myself.
They said they would talk to their service manager and come up with a price and let me know. Almost a month went by, and again I had to call for an update. They finally gave me a new price, which I paid so I can get my truck back after almost 5 months. (Nov 13 2025)
This place is not worth your time or money, take your vehicle elsewhere and you won’t regret it.

Brought in my truck to get it diagnosed. Got the diagnosis and called back a couple weeks later and found out that the guy I was working with got fired. I asked for a quote in doing more work to my truck in addition to the problem I am having. I was told that they don’t know how to do a quote and call back another day. So I call back the next day and they say they’ll call me with a quote. Five hours later I call them back and he proceeds to berate me telling me how busy they’ve been and that he told me to be patient. I told him I would be out of town and might not be able to get the call. He said he’d call me in an hour. Of course, no call. I call back again and he said he’d email it to me. It’s the next day and no quote and no email. It amazes me what lack of professionalism and care of helping a customer and even just making a sale. I called again today and got sent to voicemail. Guess it’s a sign that I should bring my business elsewhere.

I reached out to the dealer on a used vehicle and was okay to pay the online advertised price! I was told I had to pay reconditioning fee, ceramic coating on a non ford vehicle , lifetime tint and lifetime key replacement I told them I would pay the reconditioning fee but not the key replacement tint that or ford ceramic coating that it was already on the vehicle I was told that they could not do the deal that I had to pay for it plus also had to pay a BANK FEE for financing which is completely ILLEGAL and REGULATE to try and charge a customer for the bank fee.

I reached out to the dealer on a specific vehicle and when offered to pay the marked through advertised price I was told I had to pay reconditioning and lifetime tint and lifetime key replacement when offered to pay reconditioning but not the key replacement and tint that was already on the vehicle I was told that they could not do the deal, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING AT THIS DEALER. I would like to buy the vehicle but they can’t even honor reconditioning cost over the internet price they have advertised TOTAL SCAM!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sales manager is arrogant and aggressive. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Maybe if the sales manager could learn about cars that are being traded in so he could find the actual value he could sell cars. Even when presented with multiple offers from other dealers and even cash offer from carvana he throws a temper tantrum and claims your car is worth $5000 less than wholesale.

First I would like to say my buying experience with this dealership was amazing. Fast forward to now, it has been nothing but a headache. I refinanced my
car and contacted the dealership to get the GAP insurance refunded from my original loan (I’ve been through this process before with another Ford dealership so I was familiar with the process). I got the run around from the beginning but I finally received the paperwork and submitted it on August 29, 2025. I was told 6-8 weeks for processing. It seemed like a long time but policy is policy, I get it. Here I am 8 weeks later and I am getting the run around again with no answers. I was told the finance manger was contacted and I have not received a response. I am very disappointed in how this process has been handled.

Wow! All I can say is WOW! Spoke to Jimmy originally, I had a misfire. He said to bring it on by anytime. I've waited hours for services at other places just for them to figure out they have to call the leasing company to get approval to do the repair. Spoke to Andrew, gave him the company vehicle gist when I brought in the company truck. Something that's been difficult in the past at other repair shops was NO PROBLEM for him at all! Dropped it off around 2:40 on a Friday. One hour later, I was told it's done and I can pick it up. That's unheard of on a Friday in 2025 anywhere! Will always recommend this dealership in the future!

Bought vehicle at this dealership recently. Within less than a week the vehicle left me stranded on the side of the road. So I had a shop assess the vehicle for the issue and turns out it needs over $12,000 in repairs, yet I was told by salesman the car was perfect. When I reached out to the dealership about this they said they’d charge me a 15% restocking fee that was hidden in the fine print. STAY FAR AWAY.

Went to check out a used BMW. Eric the sales guy was cool and helpful. Sales manager not so much. Car was listed at $14,500, then at the dealer they claimed it would be $22,000 with all of their add-ons. So basically a 50%+ increase from their advertised price. Just a big waste of time for me unfortunately, baiting people into the dealer with attractive pricing and then switching with ridiculous fees. Avoid this place, shady business practices. Find a dealer who is transparent about everything and has lower fees.
